摘要

本文主要论述了针刺复合小剂量硬膜外麻醉与硬膜外麻醉对同种手术牵拉反应的比较。结果表明了针刺复合小剂量便膜外麻醉组牵拉反应明显低于硬膜外组。从而提高了麻醉效果，增强了麻醉安全性。

Abstract

: We have studied the acupuncture analgesia combined with small dose epidural anaesthesia for subtotal gastrectomy and compared with simple epidural anaesthesia

in order to reduce traction reflex in the same operations. The results showed that integrated anaesthesia method has much better effica cy in reducing traction refiex than the epidural anaesthesia method

integrated anaesthesia method also reduces adjuvant drug requirement and enhances safety
