摘要

为探讨针刺对突发性耳聋的治疗作用。运用针刺配合营养听神经西药法治疗突发性耳聋，并设单纯西药组对照，两组均以两周为一疗程，三个疗程后进行统计分析，比较两组总疗效和疗程。结果，针刺加西药组总有效在为90．0％，对照组为70．0％，差异非常显著（P＜0．01），两组疗程间差异也非常显著（P＜0．01）。表明针刺可增强营养神经药物的作用，两者结合使用可提高突发性耳聋的治愈率，并可缩短病程，值得临床应用的推广。

Abstract

The study is designed to observe the influence of acupuncture on the sudden deafness. The sudden deafness was treated by acupuncture combined with the trophic medicine for auditory nerve. The results showed that the effective rate (90.0 %) of the combined method group was higher than that (70.0%) of the single trophic medicine for auditory nerve group (P < 0.01). The results suggest that acupuncture can improve cure rate of sudden deafness and can shorter the time of the disease. It has worthy of clinical useness and would be popularized.
