摘要

笔者运用针灸与中药结合治疗冠心痛心绞痛46例，疗效满意。治疗方法：以双侧内关、足三里、三阴交为主穴；以生脉散加味为主方。症状疗效：显效16例，占34．78％；有效27例，占58．7％；无效3例；总有效率为93．48％。心电图疗效：46例病人中，有41例有缺血性心电图改变。显效9例，占21．95％；有效19例，占46．34％；无改变者13例；总有效率68．29％。

Abstract

The 46 cases of angina pectoris treated by the combination of selecting Neiguan(PC 6)

Zusanli (ST 36)

Sanyinjiao (SP 6) as the main acupoints and applying the pulse-activating powder (Sheng Mai San) with additional ingredients as the main recipe. Symptom marked effect 16 cases (34. 78 % );effect 27 cases (58. 7% ); no effect 3

the total effective rate is 93. 48 %. There are 41 cases with the change of blood deficiency on EKG among the 46 cases. Marked effect 9 cases (21. 95 % ); effect 19 cases (46. 34 % )

no effect 13 cases

the total effective rate is 68. 29 %.
