根据周围神经性面瘫的发病特点，结合名老中医的临床经验，采用分期施针疗法，即急性期：新病浅刺，健患并治，祛邪纠偏，调整阴阳；恢复期：用梅花针叩刺、滞针术等，有效地促进病变组织功能的恢复；后遗症期：虚实有利，综合治疗，针灸并用，攻补兼施，对麻痹之面神经机能的恢复确有裨益。

According to the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on peripheral facial paralysis

the author divided it into three periods in development

different acupuncture therapeutic methods were selected in different stages

it is useful for promoting the recovery of the functions of the facial nerves

in order to heighten the effect of acupuncture therapy.
