analysed generally recent research articles about the above dis eases treated with acupuncture

sumed up some effective prescription of acupuncture

and pointed out some shortcomings in clinical research

classified the clinical reports on blood-letting puncturing method into three aspects according to the effects of clearing away heat and toxic material

promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and alleviating pain

and rescuing emergency. These reports suggested that there was not analytic study on the contraindication and the amount of bleeding
