摘要

选用化疗所致白细胞减少症患者，常规检测治疗前后外周血白细胞数量及用细胞培养法检测治疗前后血清集落刺激因子的活性，结果证明针灸治疗本症疗效确切，其机理之一可能是针灸可提高机体血清集落刺激因子的活性，同时提出了集落刺激因子活性可能受白细胞负反馈调节的问题。

Abstract

The patients with leukopenia caused by chemotherapy were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. Before and after treatment

the WBC of peripheral blood was counted with routine examination. Besides

the activity of serum colony stimulating factor (CSF) was detected with cell culture. It is proved that acupuncture and moxibustion have the confirmed effect on leukopenia. One of the mechanisms is that acupuncture and moxibustion can improve CSF activity. In addition

the results indicate that CSF activity is regulated by WBC negative feedback.
