摘要

采用电刺激鼠尾－嘶叫法及辐射热甩尾法进行测痛，观察比较一侧中脑脊髓丘脑束和另一侧丘脑中央中核损毁前后动物的痛阈。实验结果表明，损毁大鼠一侧中脑脊髓丘脑束和另一侧丘脑中央中核能产生明显的镇痛作用。

Abstract

This study was undertaken to evaluate the analgesic effect of electrical lesion of mesencephalon tractus spinothalamicus and nucleus centralis thalamus with tail stimulation-vocalization test and tailflick latency. The difference of the pain threshold between pre-lesion and post-lesion was significant(P <0. 001 ). The results suggest that electrical lesion of mesencephalon tractus spinothalamicus and nucleus centralis thalamus produce an analgesic effect.
