应用免疫细胞化学及免疫电镜技术分别观察了电针对大鼠脊髓后角浅层内神经降压肽(NT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)免疫反应性的影响和正常大鼠后角浅层内 NT、CGRP 的突触联系以探讨两者与针刺镇痛的关系及可能的形态基础

结果如下:1.电针部分:电针组大鼠痛阈较电针前明显提高(P<0.001)

与之同时后角浅层的
