结扎家兔双侧颈总动脉2小时后,可使其脑组织Ca

2+)含量升高(P<0.01),脑组织脂质过氧化物含量上升(P<0.05),脑组织 cAMP含量升高(P<0.05),而缺血后脑组织 SOD活性和GSH-Px活性均明显降低(P<0.01和 P<0.05)。提示脑缺血后脑细胞内 Ca(2+)含量升高(P<0.01),脑组织脂质过氧化物含量上升(P<0.05),脑组织 cAMP含量升高(P<0.05),而缺血后脑组织 SOD活性和GSH-Px活性均明显降低(P<0.01和 P<0.05)。提示脑缺血后脑细胞内 Ca
