为探讨中枢一氧化氮在电针镇痛过程中的作用和作用机理,以钾离子透入引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度为痛反应指标,观察侧脑室微量注射一氧化氮(NO)前体物质和一氧化氮合酶( NOS)抑制剂对电针镇痛作用的影响。结果表明,电针大鼠双侧“足三里”后,侧脑室微量注射 L-精氨酸 10mmol,电针镇痛作用明显减弱( P< 0. 01),并且表现出明显的剂量效应依赖关系。注射D-精氨酸和生理盐水,对电针镇痛的作用影响不明显;侧脑室内注射NOS抑制剂L-NAME,大鼠的电针镇痛效应升高非常明显,而注射D-NAME后,电针大鼠双侧“足三里”,动物痛阈无显著性变化。提示NO在中枢神经系统内参与痛和电针镇痛的病理生理过程,脑内NO含量增加,有明显降低电针镇痛的效应,脑内NO浓度降低则在一定程度上具有增强电针镇痛的作用。

NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester(L-NAME) were injected into cerebral ventricle of rats. The effects of L-Arg and L-NAME on pain thresholds during EA analgesia were investigated. a remarkable enhanced role of EA analgesia was observed by microinjecting L-NAME into cerebral ventricle of rats. The results sugested that an increase of NO in central nervous system of rats could decrease the EA analgesia. And a decrease of NO level in brain might be increase the effects of EA analgesia in rats.
