摘要

本文阐述了针刺治疗４６例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的方法及疗效。治则：醒神开窍，通利机关。取穴：风府、内关、人中、合谷、太冲、风池、完骨、天柱、百会、四神聪。并分别观察了治疗前后血超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）及过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）的变化。结果表明：痊愈１０例，显效２５例，好转９例，无效２例，总有效率９５．６５％。实验结果表明：针刺提高了ＳＯＤ水平，清除有害的自由基，ＬＰＯ明显下降，经统计学处理Ｐ＜０．０５，具有显著性差异。

Abstract

The article stated the therapeutical method and effect on 46 cases of delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning treated with acupuncture. The principle of treatment: activating brain and opening orifices

Baihui(DU 20)

Sishenchong(EX-HN 1 ). Observed changes of the SOD and LPO level in blood before and after treatment respectively. The result indicated that 10 cases were recovered; 25 cases were remarkable improved; 9 cases were improved; 2 cases were not improved

and the total effective rate was 95. 56 %. Acupuncture treatment can increase the SOD level

enhance free radical scavenger ability and decrease the LPO level.
