摘要

实验是在观察了正常家兔和实验性“高脂血症”家兔血清胆固醇昼夜变异的基础上，对比观察不同时辰电针“足三里”在降低血清胆固醇方面的疗效，以探讨时间因素与电针效应的关系。实验结果表明：①正常家兔血清胆固醇水平呈昼夜节律变化，峰谷值时相分别为亥时和午时。实验性“高脂血症”家兔血清胆固醇昼夜节律消失。②电针实验性“高脂血症”家兔“足三里”对血清胆固醇的降低，亥时电针疗效优于午时。

Abstract

The author observed the blood cholesterol day and night variation of the normal rabbit and experimental hyperlipemia rabbit

and the effect of electroacupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36) at different time on hyperlipemia. The results show:① There is a circadian rhythm in normal rabbit's blood cholesterol. The peak value appears during 21

23 hours (Hai-time)

and the valley value appears during 11 23 hours (Hai-time)

and the valley value appears during 11

13 hours (Wu-time). The circadian rhythm disappears in rabbits with hyperlipemia. ②The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture at Zusanli on hyperlipemia is better at Hai-time.
