摘要

本文以日本快速老化痴呆模型小白鼠（SAM－P／8）为实验动物，采用“醒脑开窍”针法进行实验治疗，观察血浆及心肌一氧化氮（NO）的变化，并探讨了针刺作用的意义。提示，与正常老化的SAM－R／1小鼠相比，SAM－P／8在2、8月龄时，血浆NO含量均明显降低（P＜0．01），而心肌NO没有明显变化（P＞0．05）；针刺治疗后，SAM－P／8血浆NO含量升至正常水平。这可能是“醒脑开窍”针法能够改善SAM-P／8痴呆状态的重要机制之一。

Abstract

This study observed the plasma and myocardium NO changes in SAM-P/8 and the effects of "Xingnao Kaiqiao" acupuncture method. The results showed that the plasma NO level decreased in 2 and 8 month-old SAM-P/8 compared with that of the same month old naturing aging control SAM-R/ 1(P <0. 01 ). There were no significant differences of myocardium NO between the two substrain mice. After acupuncture treatment

the plasma NO content increased to normal level in SAM-P/8. Influencing the content of NO might be one of the major mechanisms that "Xingnao Kaiqiao" ameliorates dementia.
