摘要

本文采用耳穴埋药治疗寻常痤疮２０６例，近期治愈率７６．７０％，总有效率９９．０３％；并对治疗结束３个月之后９８例进行远期疗效随访，结果其治愈率８６．７３％。随访结果证明远期疗效优于近期疗效，经统计学处理有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。本文还对本病的发病机理与治疗机理进行了扼要的讨论。

Abstract

This paper presents 206 cases with acne vulgaris treated with auricular plaster therapy. The shortterm cure rate is 76. 70 % and the total effective rate is 99. 03 %. The follow-up survey of 98 cases 3 months after the therapy was carried out. The results show that the cure rate is 86. 73% and longterm result is superior to the short-term one. There is a significant difference statistically(P < 0. 05). The main medicines of the prescription
