摘要

笔者应用针灸的抬肩通络法治疗４３例颈椎病患者，其中混合型１４例，脊髓型３例，其余为神经根型。本组病例均经Ｘ光摄片或颈椎ＣＴ检查确诊。治疗时间为７天～２个疗程，平均１疗程（１２天）。疗效满意，证实抬肩穴、颈明穴有针刺复位的效果。

Abstract

From 1993 to 1998

the author treated 43 cases with cervical spondylopathy by acupuncture method of raising one's shoulder and promoting channels in clinic. Among them

14 cases were mixed type

3 cases were spinal type

and the rest were radicular type. This series or cases were all confirmed by X-ray or cervical CT scanning. The courses of treatment were 7 days to two courses

the average one course was 12 days. The total effective rate was satisfactory. The swift acupoints-Taijian point and Jingming point

which applied by the author

have proved the effect of acupuncture reduction.
