)The Correlative Study between Activity of Meridians and Collaterals and Ca~(2+) in Peripheric Meridians[J]. Acupuncture research, 1998, (4): 247-251.DOI:
This is a part summarize of research works we take in charge of - The research of the meridians
one of the Nation Climb Plans. Study use the Ca2+ selective needle-shaped electrodes
we found that the concentration of Ca2+ in the acupoints has a tendency that higher than that in the nonacupoints
and acupuncture one of the acupoints can make it increase of the Ca2+ concentration in acupoints along the same meridian. When organ disease occurred
the Ga2+ concentration in points along the corresponding meridians decreased markedly and the extent of the extent of the decrease has some thing with that of the organ disease relatively and specifically. When Ca2+ in the acupunctured points and points along the same meridians was complexed
acupuncture has no effects to the organ disease. The lowest concentration of EDTA whig the Ca2+ concentration in the acupoints has no influence to the effects of acupuncture. The deeply research indicated that when the voltage-gated Ca2+ channel and the activity of CaM on the cell membrane in acupoints or points along the meridians was blocked
acupuncture has no effects to the organ diseases. It indicated that Ca2+ has something with the activity of the meridians relatively and closely
and the Ca2+ is one of the key factors to the effects of acupuncture and the activity of the meridians.
