Experimental traumatic model was set up by hitting rat on the leg. Moxibustion with Notopterygium Root and Pubescent Angelica Root was applied to the model to observe its effects of alleviatingswellign and promoting wound healing. Results showed: medicated moxibustion group was better thannatural healing group and Shexiang pain killer group significantly in recovery of motion function andanalgesia.And it was better than natural healing group and Shexiang pain killer group in al1eviatingswelling. It indicates that moxibustion can clear up blood stasis
