in order to confirm the existence of nonadrenocortical steroids factors in the "acupuncture serum". Methods: SD rats with eosinophilia (asthma model) were randomly divided into control serum group

common asthma acupuncture serum group and adrenalectomy (ADX) asthma acupuncture group (asthma rats with concomitant adrenalectomy). "Feishu"(BL 13)

"Dazhui"(GV 14) and "Fengmen"(BL 12) were punctured. Changes of eosinophils in the peripheral blood in rats with eosinophilia were observed before and after intravenous (tail vein) injection of the "acupuncture serum"(serum∶normal saline = 1∶20
