目的 :观察电针“足三里”对大鼠脑肠肽含量的影响及其对免疫系统的调控作用。方法 :将大鼠随机分成正常对照组、非经非穴组、免疫抑制组、“足三里”组、“足三里” +免疫抑制组。应用放射免疫法测定脑垂体和外周血P物质放免活性 (ir SP)和血管活性肠肽放免活性 (ir VIP)含量的变化 ;应用流式细胞仪技术
通过微量全血直接免疫荧光染色法测定外周血T细胞亚群以反映细胞免疫功能 ;应用红细胞C3b受体 酵母菌花环试验和红细胞 IC花环试验检测红细胞免疫功能。结果 :电针刺激“足三里”穴可提高正常大鼠和免疫抑制大鼠的细胞免疫功能和红细胞免疫粘附功能
同时
脑垂体和外周血中ir SP、ir VIP的含量也明显升高。结论 :针刺治疗可以提高机体免疫力
其机理可能与相应脑肠肽的合成和释放增多有关
并通过这些免疫递质对神经 内分泌 免疫调节网络发挥作用。
Objective: To investigate effects of electroacupuncture (EA) of "Zusanli" (ST 36) on changes of SP immunereactivity (IR) and VIP IR contents in rats' pituitary gland and peripheral blood as well as on cellular immune
and to explore the regulatory effect of EA on the nerve endocrine immune regulatory network. Methods: 40 SD rats were evenly randomized into normal control

non acupoint and "Zusanli"+immunosuppressive groups. Immunosuppressive model was established by intraperitoneal (ip)injection of cyclophosphamide (CY
100 mg/kg). Non acupoint was located about 0.5 cm beside "Zusanli" (ST 36). Both "Zusanli" and non acupoint were punctured and stimulated with electrical parameters of frequency 2 Hz

intermittent waves and duration of 30 min. Acupuncture treatment was given once daily continuously for 7 days. Changes of SP IR and VIP IR contents in the pituitary gland and peripheral blood were determined by radioimmunoassay. By using micro whole blood direct immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometer T lymphocyte subpopulations were assayed. Erythrocyte immunity indexes including red blood cell C 3b receptor rosette (RBC C 3bRR) and red blood cell immune complex rosette (RBC ICR) were determined using immunoadhesion yeast rosette method. that may be closely associated with the increased synthesis and release of SP and VIP in thepituitary gland and peripheral blood
facilitating modulation of the nerve endocrine immune regulatory network.
