目的 :探讨头穴透刺对急性脑梗塞大鼠脑组织中β EP( β Endorphin
β内啡肽 )与cAMP(cyclicAMP
环磷腺苷 )含量变化的相关性。方法 :用线栓法直接阻断大鼠大脑中动脉制作急性脑梗塞模型
采用放免技术
检测头穴透刺对急性脑梗塞大鼠脑组织中 β EP与cAMP含量的影响。结果 :头穴透刺后可使大鼠脑组织中cAMP的含量明显升高
使β EP含量明显降低而趋于正常值
两者之间呈显著负相关。结论 :头穴透刺可以调节脑组织中 β EP与cAMP的含量
改善梗死脑组织供血
这可能是针灸发挥治疗作用的重要机制之一Objective: To observe the effect of scalp-acupuncture on cerebral β-EP and cAMP contents and to analyze the correlation between changes of β-EP and cAMP in rats with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 90 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (n=10)
model group (n=40) and scalp-acupuncture group (n=40)
those of the later two groups were respectively divided into 4 subgroups further
with 10 cases in every subgroup. Penetration needling from "Baihui" (GV 20) to "Qianding" (GV 21) and from "Shuaigu" (GB 8) to "Xuanli" (GB 6) was performed using filiform needles and the scalp-acupoints were stimulated with G6805 Electroacupuncture Therapeutic Apparatus (1 mA

once after waking up
twice daily afterwards. Acute cerebral infarction model was produced by blocking the blood flow of the middle cerebral artery with a cauterized global nylon thread end (0.25 mm in diameter). The contents of β-EP and cAMP in the brain tissues of rats were assayed with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: In model group (including 6 hr

cAMP contents were markedly lower than that of normal control group; while β-EP contents were significantly higher than that of normal control group (P<0.01). After acupuncture
the content of cAMP increased significantly and that of β-EP lowered evidently in comparison with model group (P<0.05

which were close to those of normal control group. There was a significant negative correlation between the contents of β-EP and cAMP (r=-0.8583). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture of scalp-acupoint can adjust the contents of β-EP and cAMP in the brain tissues of rats with acute cerebral infarction
which may contribute to the effect of acupuncture in improving symptoms and signs of cerebral infarction patients.
