摘要

通过综合分析近15年来发表的关于针灸治疗冠心病(心肌缺血)的临床和基础研究文献

总结出针灸治疗冠心病的重要获效机理是对血液流变学、多种血管活性物质、抗过氧化作用物质、单胺类物质、细胞内信使物质、心肌酶、能量代谢、血糖、血脂等多种体液因素的良性调节

为针灸治疗冠心病(心肌缺血)的临床和科研提供了理论依椐。

Abstract

In the present paper

the author comprehensively analyzes results of 34 papers about clinical and experimental researches on acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD

myocardial ischemia) published in recent 15 years

and concludes that one of the mechanisms of acupuncture in improving clinical symptoms and signs of CHD patients is its favorable regulation on blood rheology

multiple bio-active substances

substances for anti-oxidation

monoamines substance

intracellular singling

myocardial enzymes

energy metabolism

blood sugar

blood lipid

etc.

which provides new evidence for acupuncture treatment of myocardial ischemia.
