目的:通过观察穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃动素、胃泌素含量的影响

探讨穴位贴敷治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机理。方法:40只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药组和穴位贴敷组共4组

采用喂养0.02%的氨水诱发慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型。治疗组选取“足三里”穴、“中脘”穴进行穴位贴敷治疗

中药组选用胃苏冲剂灌胃。治疗结束后

用放免法检测各组大鼠胃动素、胃泌素的水平。结果:模型组大鼠的血清胃泌素含量减少

血浆胃动素含量升高(均P<0.01);穴位贴敷和对照药物均可增加血清胃泌素含量

降低血浆胃动素含量

但穴位贴敷优于对照药物。结论:穴位贴敷对粘膜的营养作用及调节胃肠蠕动的作用可能是通过调节胃肠激素

增加细胞保护作用而实现的。Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint application on motilin and gastrin in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) in order to explore its mechanism.Methods: Forty SD rats were evenly and randomly divided into control

medication and acupoint-application groups.CAG model was established by feeding the rats with 0.02% ammonia solution continuously for 16 weeks.Ointment containing Dangshen(党参Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae)

Huangqi(黄芪Radix Astragali seu Hedysari)

Bingpian(冰片Borneolum)

etc was applied to "Zusanli"(ST 36) and "Zhongwan"(CV 12) once daily

continuously for 2 months.Rats of medication group were infused with "Weisu Granule" made up of Sugeng(苏梗Caulis Perillae)

Xiangfu(香附Rhizoma Cyperi)

Chenpi(陈皮Pericarpum Citri Reticulatae)

etc.Plasma motilin and serum gastrin contents were determined with radioimmunoassay respectively.Results: In comparison with control group

plasma motilin content increased significantly in model group(P<0.01) and serum gastrin content decreased considerably in model group(P<0.01);while compared with model group

plasma motilin content in acupoint application group decreased significantly and serum contents in medication group and acupoint application group increased considerably(P<0.01).No significant differences were found between model group and medication group in plasma motilin levels

and between medication group and acupoint application group in serum gastrin levels(P>0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint application can apparently regulate the levels of plasma motility and serum gastrin in CAG rats.
