目的:探讨循经红外辐射轨迹的形成机理。方法:利用针型温度传感针
对32名志愿者沿督脉线及其两侧旁开约2cm的非经对照点共5个水平的皮肤及深部组织的温度进行了检测
并在自然状态下对志愿者背部进行了红外摄像观察。结果:沿督脉红外辐射轨迹的部位
其皮肤及深部组织的温度较其两侧的非经对照点高(P<0·05)。结论:沿督脉循行线皮肤及深部组织的温度都较高
说明该部位的能量代谢可能较为旺盛
这可能是产生沿督脉红外辐射轨迹的一个重要原因。提示经脉可能是与物质、能量和信息的转换和传递相关的某种通道。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of the formation of Infrared Radiant Track along Meridian (IRRTM) course. Methods: The temperature of the skin and subcutaneous deep tissues in 5 points (GV-11
GV-4
GV-5
GV-6 and the point at the thoracic segment 8) along the Governor Vessel and the bilateral control points (non-acupoints
2 cm to the abovementioned 5 points of the Governor Vessel) was measured in 32 volunteers by using temperature transducer and infrared imaging system. At the same time
the image of infrared radiant track over the back of these subjects was recorded. Results: The temperature values at the skin and in the deep tissues along the Governor Vessel were higher than those of the bilateral non-meridian points (P<0.05
0.01)
suggesting a higher energy metabolism rate in the tissues along the meridian which may contribute to the formation of IRRTM. No significant differences were found between the left and right non-meridian points. In 10 subjects
results of infrared imaging showed a higher temperature band along the course of the Governor Vessel (whole course in 7 cases
and more than half course in 3 cases). Conclusion: A higher temperature exists in the tissues along the Governor Meridian course. It suggests that the meridian is possibly a channel for the transformation and transmission of materials
energy and signals in the regulation of functional activities of the human body.
