I-AVP 100000cpm was injected into the lateral ventricule orthe tail vein. 20min. after injection
the rats were decapitated and the conce-ntration of AVP in blood
kindey and different regions of brain tissure weremeasured. EA of 20 mtn was used in the IV-EA and ICV-EA after injection.
