本文对近几年来的腧穴三维重建方法作了总结和对比。目前对腧穴进行三维重建主要的手段有:①对局部单个穴位标注后对局部组织断层切片进而进行重建
②依据现有虚似人切片数据对穴位进行三维重建
③依据虚似人体为开发平台进行腧穴三维重建。认为从技术角度上来讲
腧穴三维重建应当选用虚拟人操作平台比较适宜
操作者可以专心致力于解剖结构的研究;同时可以利用计算机图形学的知识
对目前难以重建的神经、血管进行数学建模
使各组织在腧穴三维重建中得以完善、系统地表达。
In the present paper
the authors sum up the progress of researches on 3-dimensional(D) reconstruction of acupoints in recent years from 1) 3D reconstruction according to the laminated sections of the local tissue after labeling the single acupoint;2) 3D reconstruction of acupoints according to the data collected from the current virtual human body;and 3) 3D reconstruction of acupoints by taking the virtual human as its operational platform.In view of the technique
we consider that for 3D reconstruction of acupoints
the virtual human being as an operational platform is suitable because the operator can devote themselves to studying the anatomic structure and also can present all kinds of tissues perfectly and systematically in the 3D construction of acupoints by applying the knowledge of computer graphics and establishing the mathematic model for nerves and blood vessels that are difficult to reconstruct currently.
