摘要
The purpose of this study was to examine the involvement of brain angio-tensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) in the development of tolerance to electroacupuncture (EA)analgesia in rats. Antibodies against AⅡ (AⅡ IgG)
or saralasin (antagonistof AⅡ) were administered intracercbroventricularly (icv) to prevent the endo-genously released AⅡ fram activating AⅡ receptors
and the dynamic courseof the development of electroacupuncture tolerance was monitored. EA tolerancewas induced by 6 successive sessions of EA stimulation (2-15Hz
