摘要

本文对近10年来针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床应用与疗效进行了总结分析

以期为今后的临床科研提供参考依据。针灸治疗痛风性关节炎可选用毫针、火针、温针灸、三棱针

具有见效快、复发率低、无副作用的优点。

Abstract

In the present paper

the authors make a summary on the clinical application of acu-moxibustion therapy in the treatment of gouty arthritis in recent 10 years.Acupuncture needles often used are filiform needle

red-hot needle

moxibustion-warmed needle and three-edged needle.Clinical studies have showed that acupuncture therapy has a definite efficacy in relieving gouty arthritis and has its clinical characteristics

such as faster efficacy

lower relapse rate

etc.in comparison with medication.
