目的:采用新一代绘图工具重新绘制实验大鼠腧穴图谱。方法:在尊重和参照现存大鼠腧穴定位资料的基础上
结合对大鼠解剖学观察
与人体腧穴标准化定位比对
用Adobe photoshop/illustrator CS6图像处理和绘图系统重新绘制实验大鼠腧穴图谱。结果:从骨骼结构和体表标志入手重新绘制了华兴邦等研究人员在大鼠腧穴图谱中标注的腧穴
包括水沟、百会、天门、耳尖、大椎、肺俞、心俞、膈俞、脊中、脾俞、肾俞、后会、环跳、后海、阳陵泉、后三里、照海、三阴交、跟端、申脉、太冲、趾间、涌泉、关元、膝前、尾尖、神阙、中脘、前三里、外关、内关、曲池、肘节、膻中、承浆
并增加了合谷、指间、后溪、神门、太渊、少海和尺泽7个腧穴的标注。新绘制的腧穴图谱更加清晰地展现了传统图谱中所记载腧穴的解剖学定位。结论:本研究以矢量图为母版的方式重新绘制了实验大鼠腧穴图谱
该图谱更加便于研究者在不改变画质的前提下对图中的素材进行编辑
对实验针灸研究中选穴的规范化具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To try to re-map an acupoint atlas in vector mode in the experimental rat by using a new-generation drawing tool.Methods A total of 5 SD rats were used in the present study.In reference to the current acupoint locations and anatomical structure of rats as well as those of the human body

being more convenient and applicable for researchers to edit the relevant graph materials in paper writing
and playing apossibly useful guidance for the standardization of acupoint selection in experimental acupuncture researches.
