经过对 1 981～ 1 998年公开发表在 2 0 0余种刊物有关针灸治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察和实验报道的论文 2 40余篇进行分析

拟从选穴、用穴规律角度出发

探讨针灸治疗支气管哮喘的规律。结果显示

治疗原则为“急则治其标

缓则治其本”

选用经络多取任脉、督脉、膀胱经、肺经、胃经、大肠经

取穴多在胸背部

十二经脉中均有取穴

治疗以灸法、穴位敷贴、刺络拔罐等为主要手段After analyzing about 240 clinical and experimental reports of acupuncture therapy for asthma in more than 200 publications from 1981～1998

we concluded the rule of acupuncture therapy for asthma from the angle of methods of selecting and using acupoints. The results are: (1) the principle of therapy is treating tip in acute condition and treating root in chronic condition;(2) the mainly selected meridians are Ren channel
