针刺矫治前肢内翻畸形动物模型的组织学特征
摘要
在建立前肢骨折后缓慢发生肘内翻畸形的实验兔模型基础上
将 2 4只模型兔随机分成实验 (针刺 )与对照 (空白 )两组
并于针刺 1 0、2 0、3 0、40次 (天 )后处死取材
观察其光、电镜下的形态学变化。结果显示
针刺可使发育滞缓的骨骺部软骨成骨活跃
促进该部的血液循环
加速软骨成骨过程
致骨骺生长板增厚。说明用针刺方法刺激内翻侧骨骺区可加快肱骨下端内侧面骨骺与内侧关节面骨骺的生长速度
矫治内翻畸形。

Twenty four rabbit models with inversion deformities of the elbow following fracture were divided at random into two groups:acupuncture treatment group and control group.After 10

morphological changes were observed under photoelectroscopy. The results showed that acupuncture treatment could activate and quicken the osteogenesis of cartilage at epiphysis
promote local circulation of blood
and thicken the epiphyseal plate.This experiment indicated that stimulating the epiphyseal area with acupuncture could promote growth of the epiphysis in the medial aspect of distal end of the humerus to correct inversion deformities.
