本文探讨了电针对血管性痴呆 (VD)大鼠的疗效及对下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素 (adrenalcorticotropichormone
ACTH)的影响。将大鼠制成肾性高血压 (RHR)后再造成脑反复缺血拟VD的动物模型 30只
随机分为模型组、电针组和药物组 (用氢化麦角碱
DHET)各 1 0只
共治疗 2 8天。治疗后均以水迷宫检测学习记忆行为情况
并检测脑ACTH的含量。结果模型组水迷宫潜伏期明显长于电针组、药物组
药物组明显长于电针组。模型组下丘脑ACTH与药物组无显著差异(P >0 .0 5 )
而电针组显著低于模型组和药物组 (均P <0 .0 5 )。提示电针能改善高血压VD大鼠学习记忆行为
降低其下丘脑ACTH的含量并使之趋于正常
其作用优于DHET。

but there was no difference between the medicine group and the model group(P>005)Conclusion:It indicated that electroacupuncture therapy could promote the ability of learning and memorizing and reduce the content of ACTH in the hypothalamus of hypertensive VDIt's therapeutic effect was better than DHET
