摘要

本文探讨了“足三里”穴治疗高血压的效果及其作用机制。以“两肾一夹”造成高血压模型

针刺“足三里”1 0天后测尾动脉血压及心率。结果 :治疗组与模型对照组比较血压有非常显著差异 (P <0 0 1 )

而与正常对照组比较差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。提示针刺“足三里”穴能有效地使高血压大白鼠血压下降

而对心率无影响

其机制可能是外周血管的扩张所致。

Abstract

The hypertensive models of rats caused by “two kidneys and a clamp” were acupunctured at the “ Zusanli” points daily for ten days The result showed that the arterial pressure of rat’s tail of acupuncture treated group was significantly lower than that of hypertensive model group (P<001) and had no significant difference compared with normal group (P>005) Acupuncturing at the “Zusanli” points had the effect of lowering blood pressure but had no influence on heart rate The effect of lowering blood pressure might be related to the mechanism of relaxing peripheral blood vessel
