摘要

中心性脉络膜视网膜病变是一种比较常见的眼底疾病

主要受累部位为视网膜的黄斑部

属祖国医学之“视瞻昏渺”范畴。西药采用激素、维生素、血管扩张剂等治疗

早期治疗效果尚可

但停药后极易复发。本人采用针刺治疗该病

并随机设立对照组观察

取得了一定的效果。

Abstract

Central Choroido-retinopathy is a common ocular fundus disease which mainly damaged the macula lutea retinae. It belongs to the category of “Shizhanhunmiao" (blurring of vision) in TCM. Western drugs such as hormones

vitamins and vasodilators were used but the effects were mediocre and it was extremely easy to relapse. Good results were produced with the therapy of acupuncture.
