目的:观察电针对单纯性肥胖大鼠脂肪组织炎性细胞因子的影响
探讨电针治疗肥胖的作用机制及不同强度电针的效应差异。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、强电针(5 V)组、弱电针(2.5 V)组
每组10只。除正常组外其余各组大鼠均用高脂饲料喂养。电针组取"足三里""三阴交"穴
采用不同强度电针
每日1次
每次15 min
连续治疗14 d。观察大鼠体质量、Lee’s指数、血脂和血糖的变化
用反转录-聚合酶链反应法检测大鼠附睾脂肪组织巨噬细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA的表达。结果:模型组大鼠体质量、Lee’s指数、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血糖(Glu)及MCP-1 mRNA、TNF-αmRNA的表达均显著高于正常组
高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)显著低于正常组(均P<0.01);强电针组和弱电针组肥胖大鼠电针治疗后体质量、Lee’s指数、TG、TC、LDL-C、Glu及MCP-1 mRNA、TNF-αmRNA表达均明显降低(P<0.01
P<0.05)
HDL-C明显升高(P<0.01
P<0.05)
且强电针组优于弱电针组(P<0.05
P<0.01)。Glu含量两电针组比较
差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针"足三里""三阴交"穴对单纯性肥胖大鼠有一定的良性调节作用
强电针组比弱电针组效果好
其作用机制与对脂肪组织中炎性细胞因子的影响有关。
Objective To observe the effect of different intensities of electroacupuncture(EA) on adipose tissue inflammatory cytokines in rats with simple obesity so as to investigate its mechanism underlying body weight reduction.Methods Forty SD male rats were randomly divided into normal
model
strong EA and weak EA groups(n=10/group).Obesity model was established by feeding the rats with high fat diet.EA(20Hz
strong EA: 5V
weak EA: 2.5V) was applied to "Zusanli"(ST36) and "Sanyinjiao"(SP6) for 15min
once everyday and for 14 days.Body weight and Lee's index(=body weight 1/3×103 /body length) were detected.The fasting blood glucose was detected by hexokinase method
serum triglyceride(TG) was detected by glycerol-phosphoric acid oxidase peroxydase(GPO-POD)method
total cholesterol(TC) was detected by cholesterol oxidase method
high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured by using one-step method
respectively.The expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) mRNA and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α mRNA in the epididymis adipose tissue was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results In comparison with the normal group

and moreover
the effect of strong EA stimulation is evidently superior to weak EA stimulation.
