目的:观察不同频率电针对晚孕大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)含量、血栓素B2(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素(6-keto-PGF1α)含量以及其比值的影响
探讨不同频率电针促晚孕大鼠分娩的机制。方法:健康成年晚孕Wistar大鼠66只
随机分正常组、模型组和4个不同频率电针组(2Hz、20Hz、50Hz、100Hz)。除正常组外均用托盘法造成大鼠妊娠模型。4个电针组于受孕第19日上午进行电针干预
取双侧"合谷""三阴交"穴
先电针"合谷"穴20min
再针"三阴交"5min
共留针25min。用放射免疫法测定血清E2、P、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α含量
并计算E2/P、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值。结果:与模型组比较
2Hz、20Hz电针组血清E2含量显著升高(P<0.05)。各电针组血清P含量比较
100Hz较20Hz和50Hz组显著增高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较
2 Hz、50 Hz电针组血清TXB2含量显著升高(P<0.01
P<0.05)。结论:2Hz、50Hz频率电针可升高血清TXB2含量及E2/P比值
提示2Hz和50Hz电针更有利于触发宫缩
加快产程。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) at different frequencies on serum estradiol(E2)
progesterone(P)
thromboxance B2(TXB2)
6-Keton-prostaglandin F 1 alpha(6-keto-PGF1α)contents in late pregnancy rats so as to study its mechanisms underlying labor promotion.Methods A total of 66 late-stage pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control
late-pregnancy model(model)
2 Hz-EA
20 Hz-EA
50 Hz-EA and 100 Hz-EA groups
with 11 rats in each group.On the 19th day after pregnancy

and the ratios of E2/P and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1αwere calculated.Results Compared to the normal control group

50 Hz-EA and 100 Hz-EA groups were increased significantly(P<0.001

serum E2 levels in the 2 Hz-EA and 20 Hz-EA groups were up-regulated further significantly(P<0.05).Comparison among the four EA groups showed that serum P level in the 100 Hz-EA group was significantly higher than those in the 20 Hz-EA and 50 Hz-EA groups(P<0.05).Compared to the normal control group
the contents of serum TXB2 and the ratios of E2/P in both 2 Hz-EA and 50 Hz-EA groups were significantly higher(P<0.05

P<0.01).Conclusion Both 2 Hz and 20 Hz EA can effectively increase serum E2.content
and 2 Hz and 50 Hz EA can raise serum TXB2 and E2/P levels in late pregnancy rats
which may contribute to their effects in strengthening the uterine contractility to promote labor by regulating hormone secretion.
