目的:观察不同灸量对原发性肝癌癌前病变模型大鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群含量的影响
探讨直接灸对肝癌大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组(10只)、模型组(15只)、直接灸1组(15只)、直接灸2组(15只)以及隔姜灸组(15只)
采用腹腔注射二乙基亚硝胺法逐步诱导肝癌模型
为期10周。直接灸1组、直接灸2组造模的同时分别给予直接灸"肝俞"穴3壮/穴、6壮/穴干预
隔日1次;隔姜灸组造模开始的同时运用"肝俞"隔姜灸法进行干预
3壮/穴
隔日1次
连续10周。运用流式细胞仪检测大鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群CD 3
+
、CD 4+、CD 4

、CD 8+、CD 8

的含量
HE染色观察大鼠肝脏组织形态学变化。结果:与空白组比较

so as to explore its effective in improving immunoregulatory function.Methods Seventy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group(n=10)
model group(n=15)
direct moxibustion-15sgroup(n=15)
direct moxibustion-30sgroup(n=15)and ginger-separated moxibustion group(n=15).The primary HCC precancerous lesion model was established by intraperitoneal injection of DEN(50mg/kg)
once every 3days for 10 weeks.Moxibustion was applied to bilateral"Ganshu"(BL 18)for about 15min(3 moxacones)
or 30min(six moxa-cones)
with or without ginger-slice separation
once every other day for 10 consecutive weeks.The contents of T cells of CD 3+T细胞的含量
