目的:观察艾灸"肺俞""肾俞"对哮喘大鼠外周血T细胞及血清白介素的影响
探讨艾灸治疗哮喘的免疫学机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸组
每组各10只。以卵白蛋白加氢氧化铝腹腔注射并给予雾化激发法制备哮喘模型。艾灸组大鼠间接灸双侧"肺俞""肾俞"穴
每次30min
每日1次
共治疗14d。用HE染色行肺组织病理学观察
用流式细胞仪检测全血CD 3
+
、CD 4+、CD 4
+
、CD 8+、CD 8
+
T细胞水平
用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-1受体拮抗剂(IL-1Ra)水平。结果:模型组大鼠支气管壁肌层增厚
黏膜水肿
大量炎性细胞浸润
部分肺泡结构破坏明显;艾灸组大鼠肺泡壁结构完整
细支气管形态规则
管腔内无黏液栓形成及上皮细胞脱落等现象。模型组全血CD 8+T细胞水平

model and moxibustion groups(10rats/group).Asthma model was established by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide
and ovalbumin inhalation.Moxibustion was applied to bilateral"Feishu"(BL 13)and"Shenshu"(BL 23)for 30 min
once daily for 14 d.The pathologic changes of the lung tissue were detected by H.E.staining.The levels of CD 3+T细胞水平、血清IL-1Ra水平较模型组显著升高(P

and there were no mucus plug formation and epithelial cell shedding in the lumen.The contents of blood CD 8+T cells in whole blood were detected by flow cytometry.Serum IgE
