摘要:丘脑是多种特异感觉的投射区,是感觉的重要驿站。近年来,很多学者认为丘脑后核群(或丘脑后核复合体)Posterio r Nucleus Group of the Thalamus(简称 PO)在痛觉感受中有重要作用,是传导及调制痛觉信号的重要中枢。国外,在 PO 感受躯体伤害性刺激方面,已积累了大量材料。
摘要:我院与上海针灸所协作自1983年起在辨证施针提高针麻效果的同时,选用神经安定镇痛药芬太尼、氟哌啶作为针麻胃切除术中的辅助用药,进行临床观察,现将结果分析如下:方法分组:针麻加辅助用药组(简称针麻It was shoun the receptive of opcicm pluy a importaut yole in acupuncture.The receptive of opciem obciem objective as Funtunyl.Droperidal can advance the effectof acupuncture anesthesia. 30 casec gastrectomy under acupunctureauesthesia combinued using of small dose of peutauyl(3.5μg/kg)and Dropendol(0.15μg/kg)as an adjeant drogs are reported. The success rate is 93.30%(excellent result 33.3% good result 60%) nearly that of epidural anesthesia(96.7%) The advantages are as fallows:(1)The success rate of analgesia raise to 93.3% suffieciut museular selaxation rate facies to 96%,fundemently satesfy to explore the lues,gall bladder,paucrease,stomach and elea the abdominal easity.(2)It can presence normal gastrointestual function,the success rate is 100%,whereas the epidural anesthesca is 53.3%,only few visceral reflex is occured during the operation.(3)The patient is not affected by physiologic disturbences of cardiovascular function and can even raise the blood presure and pulse to a positive value to autishock whereas the epidural anesthesia drops to anegetive ralue.(4)The doses of adju- vant drugs is two groups are equal,it means the effect of both type is similar recovery after operation under acupuncture anesthesia is quicker than epidaral anesthesia,intestinal peristalsis is appeared easlier for 32 hours,and pass gas for easlier for 31 hours take food earlier for 31 hours. It is proved that through the obsesvation the acupuncture anesthesia combined using of small dose of Funtenyl and Dropendol is a simple and good anesthetic methad(and high success rate)forgestectomy.
摘要:额叶皮层是否参与针刺镇痛作用尚无一致看法。早期的工作指出:切除全部额叶皮层的家兔,其针刺效应依旧存在。因此,他们认为额叶皮层不参与针刺镇痛作用。徐维等人在人体上比较皮层完整结构与针The present work was to study the descending infleunce of the frontal lobe on noxious response of the neurons of the preoptic area(POA)with microelectrodes for extracellular recording in rabbits.Results were as follows: 1.54 discharging units of POA of 22 rabbits were recorded by peripheral stimulation,among which 34 units(63%)showed excitatory response to noxious stimulation and an increase of discharge frequeny;xhereas,9 units (16.6%)showed inhibitory response and decreased discharge frequency;and the remaining 11 units were uninfluence. 2.Out of 29 noxious excitatory units after stimulation of frontal lobe, there were 19 units(66%)of which noxious excitatory response was inhibited and discharge frequency(p<0.01)as compared with the discharge frequency before stimulation.There were 4 units of which the discharge disappared afttr the stimulation ontthe frontal lobe,but gradually recovered from the stimulatiom;whereas,there were 3 units(10%)which showed an increase of discha- rge,aand 7 units(24%)appearing to have no obvious changes after stimulation of the frontal lobe. 3.Among the 9 noxious inhibitory units,the noxious inhibitory response was increased in 5 units,and decreased in 4 units. Results of the experiment indicated that the frontal lobe might have a descending modulating effect on noxious response of the neurons of POA,and possessed mainly an inhibitory effect。
摘要:近年来镇痛原理研究的大量工作证明,中枢神经系统中存在着内源性痛觉调制系统,各种镇痛措施如脑刺激镇痛、针刺镇痛、吗啡镇痛等作用方式和途径虽不相同,但本质上可能都是激活了内源性痛觉调制系统而发挥镇痛效应的。我们研究室以往的(1)Electroacupuncture and electrical stimulation of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus(ARC)of rats had a marked inhibitory effect on the pain discharges of cells evoked by peripheral noxious stimuli in parafascicular nucleus (PF)of thalamus. (2)The inhibitory effect of both electroacupuncture and ARC stimulation disappeared after intraperitoneal injection of PCPA(tryptophan hydroxylase inhibitor). (3)Electrolytic lesion of dorsal raphe nucleus(DR)markedly reversed the inhibitory effect of both electroacupuncture and ARC stimulation on pain evoked unit discharges of PF.Electrolytic lesion of nucleus raphe magnus (NRM)markedly reversed the effect of electroacupuncture,but had no ma- rked influence on the effect of ARC stimulation. (4)It is suggested that there might exist in endogenous pain modulation system two distinct pain-inhibitory pathways,i.e.,the desending and asce- nding pain-inhibitory pathways,the former blocks the transmission of noxio- us message at the spinal cord levels,and the latter modifies the responses to pain at the higher CNS levels.
摘要:针刺调节膀胱功能,治疗膀胱疾患,疗效好,方法简便,在国内得到广泛的运用和开展,而且也乐为国外医生所采用,但是对于针刺调整膀胱功能的机理研究资料不多,尤其是涉及到针刺对高位排尿中枢活动的影响报道甚少。有人从临床方面观察到针刺一些穴位可调整膀胱原有的紧张性,Using methods of the electrostimulation,transection and electrolytic destruction of brain and microelectrode exploration,frequency of unit discharge and intravesicular pressure were recorded to evaluate regulation mechanism of acupuncture on pons micturation centre and related function of urinary bladder.All experments were performed in 32 male rabbits in awake,immobilized and artificially respiratory state. 1.Rabbit's vesicomotr area was located in the dorsolateral RF of rostral pons.Simultaneous electrostimulating pons and needling“Ci liao;acupoint might elevate the bladder pressure to a higher level than they were separatly stimulated.But,during bilateral lesion of the above-mentioned area in pons the effect of acupuncture wa reduced to about half of its original value. 2.Cell discharges responding exclusivelly to bladder distension as well as acupuncture were recorded in the micturation centre of pons by microele- ctrode(38 units),33 units being exciting,and 5 units inhibiting.Most of them changed their discharge tate immediately following needling“Ci liao; acupoint,then,bladder pressure elevated after a latent period of 1.5-2 sec. When unit activity was inhibited by thiopental(i.v.),the effect of acupu- ncture disappeared.The effect of acupuncture recovered with appearance of unit activity. The results suggested that needling might modulate bladder function prov- ided the high centre is intact,that pons played an important role in the process of acupuncture.It is supposed that effect of acupuncture regulating bladder function was due to afferent input modulating excitation level of mcturation centre in pons,and in turn,affecting the bladder function as well.
摘要:尾核内的多巴胺(DA)可能具有对抗电针镇痛的效应。尾核内微量注射胆硷能受体阻断剂——东莨菪硷可不同程度地阻断电针的镇痛作用。尾核内来自黑质致密部的多巴胺能神经末梢与尾核内的胆硷能中间神经元发生联系。那么,尾核多Fhe dopaminergic neuro-transmitter in caudate nuclei probably has an opposite effect on electroacupuncture analgesia.The increased pain threshold brought about by electroacupuncture was reduced when a cholinergic blockadescopolamine was injected in minute amount into both caudate nuclei. The present study invetigated the effect of intracaudate injection of a cholinergic agent-pilocarpine on antielectroacupuncture analgesia induced by intracaudate injection of dopamine.Experiment were performed on rabbits with chronically implanted canulae for injection in bilateral caudate nuclei.The pain threshold was determined by heat flicks in response to radiant heat on the tip of the nose.The position of electroacupuncture was“Zusanli”point.All the experimented rabbit's brains were verified histologically and the cases which canulae were inserted exactly into caudate nuclei were included in the statistic analysic. When pilocarpine was injected into caudate nuclei,the reduced pain thre- shold by intracaudate injection of dopamine was reversed.The results suggest that excitation of cholinergic neurons in caudate nuclei might strength the electroacupuncture analgesia.The dopaminergic antielectroacupuncture analgesic effect might be carried out by the way of cholinergic neuron in caudate nucl- ei.
摘要:神经再生一直是多年来人们研究的课题之一,神经细胞是高度分化的细胞,一般认为在发育完全的神经系统内不形成新的神经细胞,它的数目在胚胎发生期中就已经决定。近年来我国学者发现在损伤和其他条件下脑和脊神经节、植物性神经节中的神经细胞可进行有丝分裂或无丝分裂,但是关于We studied effect of acupuncture on regeneration of rat's hypoglossal herve.A total of 41 adult albino rats were used,among those 21 cases were of acupunctured and 20 cases were of controls.After the right hypoglossal nerves were severed,rats were reared for 7,10,or 14 days.In this period,we gave acupuncture therapy to the acupunctured but nothing to the controls.The regeneration was examined by the retrograde transport method of HRP.The results were as follows:7 days after the nerves were severed,regenerations were not found in the nerves of two groups.10 days after the nerves were severed,regenerations can be found in the nerves of the 90% of the acupu- netured but only 44% of the controls.It is significant statistically(P=0.05). 14 days after the nerves were severed,regenerations can be found in the ne- rves of two groups and more regenerated nerve fibers in the acupunctured as compared with the controls.It was found that regenerations of the hypoglo- ssal nerves of the acupunctured were quicker than those of the controls.It was shown that acupuncture promoted the regeneration of rat's hypoglossal nerve.
摘要:大量的临床实践表明,针灸治疗消化系统病症有良好的疗效,但其作用机制则迄今尚未阐明。最近我们的工作证明了针刺对狗的胃酸分泌有明显的调整作用,但针刺对胃运动功能的作用则了解甚少。从针灸临床实践认识到,针刺“人中”穴具有It is well known that acupuncpure is effective in human for treatment of gut motility disorders,its mechanism remains unknown.The purpose of this study was to observe the regulatory function of gastric motility by acupuncture and its relation to peripheral 5-hydroxytryptamine(5 HT). Twenty-five dogs anesthetized with chloralose were prepared with strain gauge in the antrum to record contractile activity.We have observed the effect of acupuncture“Renzhong”on antral motility,changes 5-HT content in whole blood and fluorohistochemical changes of 5-HT in the enterochromaffin cells(EC cell)of antral mucosa. The results suggest that after acupuncture on the“Renzhong”point marke- dly inhibited gastric antral motor activity.During the inhibition of antral contraction caused by acupuncture“Renzhong”5-HT in whole blood decreases significantly.The amount of fluorescent EC cell and the fluoresent intensity of 5-HT in the EC cells were both markedly increased compared with that of 5-HT in the EC cells of control dogs.This result may be related to the in- creased storage and decreased release of 5-HT in EC cell during the acupuncture.Inhibition of gastric contraction by acupuncture seems that 5-HT are involved.
摘要:内关是手厥阴心包经的络穴,是针灸临床最常用的穴位之一。古人对内关的主治作用有许多描述。近年来的研究表明,针刺内关对冠心病心绞痛等多种疾患,具有明确的疗效,可使患者的心电图和左心功能等有所改善。实验资料表明,电针犬“内Twenty-five adult cats of either sex,weighing 1.8-2.7kg,were anesthetized intraperitioneally pentobarbital natriuum(30mg/kg),and performed trachea cannula.The animals were immobilized by flaxedil and artificial respi- ration was maintained in the course of the experiment. “The median,ulnar and radial nerves were isolated about 3 cm above wrist joint of left forelimb of the cat.A laminectomy was performed on a sterotaxic apparatus to expose the C_3-T_3 segments of the spinal cord. stimulation of electrical pulse for the above-mentioned nerves and acu point“Neiguan”,was given by the electrical stimulator SEN-3101(intensity 5-6.2v,duration 0.01 ms)through isolator,controled by Singnal Processor 7SO6A,Evoked potentials of the dorsal root were recorded from C_3 to T_3 segment,and averaged 32 times for all the recording. 1)The compound action potentials,consisting of two negative potentials (group Ⅱ,Ⅲ)might be recorded in the dorsal roots of spinal cord of the ca- t by stimulus of the median,ulnar radial nerves. The afferent projective range were concentrated at C_4-T_1 segments of the spinal cord by stimulus the medianus nerve in 16 cats but the largest re- sponge area was C_5-C_7.Stimulating the ulnar in 14 cats,the largest respo- nse area was mainly distributed at C_7-C_8 segment.The afferent impulses was mainly projected to the C_4-T_1 spinal cord segments by stimulation of the radial nerves of 14 cats. 2)Evoked potential of the fibers of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ at dorsal roots of the spinal cord might be also recorded by electric stimuli the acupoint“Neiguan” (25 animals).Its main projective range was of the C_4-T_1 segments of spinal cord but the largest projective ranged from C_5 to C_6 segment,and C_6-C_7 as the main segments. 3)When the median nerve had been cut at the level of brachialplexus in 14 cats,of them,two cases potentials of the dorsal roots disappeared by stimulating“Neiguanu”.when the median and ulnar nerves had been cut simulta- neously,evoked potentials of eight cases did not be recorded.After cutting all three nerves,no evoked potential might be record in any case by stimulation “Neiguan” The largest potential amplitude of the dorsal roots was decreased 57.36±9. 77%,after cutting median nerve,and decreased 29.86±8.46% after only cu- tting ulnar and so redial nerve did,decreased 12.79±6.2%. The above result showed that the median,ulnar and radial nerves were the composition part of the signal afferent pathways by electric stimulation of acupoint“Neiguan”. Among them,median nerve might play an important role in this action, the next was the ulnar nerve and the radial had an effect in a certain extent, too.

摘要:AGh 是中枢重要的神经化学传递介质之一。在我们以往的工作中,曾观察到:电针的镇痛效应与大白鼠不同脑区内的 ACh 含量变化有着密切的关系,电针镇痛时,脑内ACh 含量增加;同时,ACh 的更新率加快。但是,应用代谢阻断法来观察脑内In our past work it had been demonstrated that Ach content in different regions of rat brain was incrcaced and its turnover accelerated during electro-acupuncture analgesia.However,the metabolism-block method we utilized can't completely reflect the state of Ach synthesis in brain.In present paper the Ach content in rat brain was measured by radio immunoassay(RIA),and the amount of Ach formed in the medium for enzyme catalysis was evaluated directly with RIA at the same time for the judgement of the activity of cho- lineacetylase(ChAC)—an enzyme of Ach synthesis.In addition,the activi- ty of ChE—a hydrolase of Ach was also estimated with alkaline hydroxy amine and iron trichloride spectrophotometry in order to observe the affects of electroacupuncture and morphine analgesia on them. 1.Electroacupuncturing bilataral“Huan tiao”point for 50 min,the obvious enhancement of pain threshold was observed.At that time the Ach content in both thalamus and caudate mucleus was increased,the ChAc acti- vity was risen and the ChE activity was also increased respectively.These implied that during electroacupuncture analgesia both synthesis and release of Ach in rat brain were enhanced,but the rate of synthesis enhancement greatly exceeded that of release,thus resulting in the increase of Ach content. 2.Fifty min after intraperitoneal injection of morphine(20mg/kg),o- bvious elevation of the pain threshold was also observed.In the meantime, the Ach content of thalamus and caudate nucleus was risen and the ChAc activity was strengthened but the ChE activity significantly was decreased respectively.This showed that during analgesia induced by morphine,the ACh synthesis in rat brain as electroacupuncture did,was accelerated also,ho- wever the releae was dicreased,thus,it greatly increased the Ach content of brain. The foregoing results indicated that during the electroacupuncture and the morphine analgesia the Ach content of brain was increased but the macha- nism responsible to their increase was somewhat different in both cases,ie: the enhancement of Ach content in brain during electroacupuncture analgesia may mainly be due to acceleration of the Ach synthesis,while the increase of Ach Content accompanied by morphine analgesia may mainly be responsi- ble for the inhibition of ACh release,However,it was in any way,disclolo- sed that the enhancement of the Ach content of brain played an importent role in both clectroacupuncture and morphine analgesia,
