摘要:针刺镇痛原理研究证实了针刺的信息是通过神经递质和活性物质的传递而产生镇痛效果。在这些递质中有些有利于针刺镇痛,有些不利于针刺镇痛,而同一递质在中枢可能被认为是镇痛物质,在外周则为一致痛物质,其相互间在含量和功能上的平衡是产生针刺镇痛作用的重要条件。为了探讨剖腹产术中的针刺效应与这些物质在外周血中的变化规律,进行了本题研究,总结如下:The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the effect of acupuncture anesthesia and changes of plasma cortisol,5-hydro- xytryptamine(5-HT),histamine and prostaglandin(PGF).Serial measure- ments of those substances were made at the time of pre-anesthesia,after induction,delivery of newborns and 6 hrs after operation,9 of 18 cases studied were suffered cesarean section under acupunctuue anesthesia and the rest under epidural anesthesia. (1)The basical value of plasma 5-HT and cortisol in patients with acupuncture anesthesia were higher than that of values in epidural anesthesia. However the values of histamine and PGF2α were higher in patients with epidural anestehesia. (2)After inductiod,of acupuncture anesthesia,the average values of 5-HT and PGF2α revealed a slight increase,while the values of histamine were slight decrease.In epidural anesthesia group the level of plasma histamine increased and the others were unchanged. (3)The average of PGF2α was markedly reduced in acupuncture anesthesiu group at the time of delivery of newborn. While in epidural anesthesia group,it was increased. The changes of cortisol in two groups were slight. The average value of cortisol in epidural group vas markedly lover, especially at the time of delivery of nevborn. (4)There vere no significant differents in values of 5-HT,histami e and PGF2α between patients with grade I effectiveness of acupuncture anest- hesia and patients with epidural anesthesia.However,the value of cortisol was significant higher in acupuncture group at all measurements. (5)The comparison between grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ,Ⅲ indicated that there were a significant difference with the value of plasma 5-HT,cortisol,PGF2α at pre-operation,after induction and delivery of newborn.In cases of grade Ⅰ,the value of 5-HT was markedly lower than grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ,while the value of cortisol,PGF2α weere much higher in grade Ⅰ. The results mentioned above suggest that ahere is closed relationship be- tween the values of 5-HT,cortisol,histamine and PGF2α and the effective- ness of acupuncture anesthesia.And also shows a parallel relationship with it.These measurements are able to be objective indices for evaluation and prediction on effectiveness of acupuncture anesthesia and analgesia.

It was observed that hippocampal stimulation(n=13)significantly eleva- ted WR threshold from 0.53±0.04mA(M±SE)to 0.73±0.09mA.NO obvi- ous change was seen in the control experiment.Electroacupuncture on bihu- atuojiaji points(T_(10)-L_4,160Hz,6-10mA,15min.)resulted in marked enha- ncement of both WR threshold and VSR threshold(n=10)with after-effect lasting.15min.and 5min.respectively.WR threshold rose more steeply in the hippocampal stimulation+acupuncture experiment(n=8)than that of acupuncture experiment(n=8).The difference was statistically significant. NO significant difference in changes of VSR threshold was found between the two experiments.However the after-effect in the former experiment was 10min.10nger than that og the latter,Naloxone(2μg/2μl saline)microinje- cted into the dorsal hippocampus could reverse the effect of electroacupu- ncture on WR threshold but showed no such result on VSR threshold,NO reversal change was seen in the control experiment administrated with saline (2μ1).There was no any corresponding change found in another control experiment administrated with naloxone alone. The above data thus suggest that the dorsal hippocampus with endogenous opioid peptides may participate in acupuncture analgesia on visceral nocice- ption.
摘要:我们的实验证明,针刺狗的“人中”穴部位,可以较稳定地引起胃运动的抑制及外周5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量下降,胃窦部嗜铬细胞5-HT 含量增多。“人中”是接受面神经及眶下神经分支所支配,其神经传入都进入脑干下部并与副交感初级中枢有密切的联系。分析针刺“人中”引起胃运Contractile activity of antrum were recorded by strain gauge for obser- vating effects of stimulation of the caudal brain stem on the gastric antral motility and their roles in the inhibition of antral contraction caused by acu- puncture of acupoint“Renzhong”.The experiments demonstrated that stimulation of raphe nuclei in the medulla called increase in the antral contraction.On the contrary,stimulation of ventrolateral medulla,where noradrenergic neurons are,produced inhibition of both frequency and amplitude of antral motility. It is suggested that the ventrolateral medulla may be responsible for the inhi- bition of gastric antral motor activity elicited by acupuncture of“Renzhong”, because their lesion resulted in withdraw of its acupuncture inhibiton. Monoaminergic descending termination from the caudal brain stem in primary sympathetic and parasympathetic centers and their functions in the modulation of gastric motility have been also discussed in the present paper.
摘要:迷走神经与中枢的联系一直是针灸针麻原理研究所观注的重要课题。一些研究表明迷走神经参与内脏牵扯性痛的传导。迷走神经还对消化、呼吸、循环等系统起着重要的调节作用。虽然以往对迷走神经有过很多研究和报道,但仍存在着一些有争议的问The efferent neurons of the cervical vagal nerve were moved in the ipsil- ateral dorsal motor nuclei of vagas,intermediate zone and ambiguous nuclei and their distribution and size have also been observed.These nuclei may extend into the medullae end and the supra-cervical cord.In pars paraepen- cymalis,pars nuelis intercalatus,retroambiguous nuclei and pars funicularis lateralis,the labelled cell were also found,the distribution of shape of vagal afferent neurons is very similar to that of sympathetic preganglia neurons in the lateral cornner of theraco-lumbalis cord.This distribution of vagal efferent neurons has not been reported before.By HRP transganglia labell,The labe- lled terminals were found in the nucleus of soliterally,with ipsilateral predo- minance.The solitary ipsilateral of the injective side was also labelled and could be traced as C1-C2 Segments.In this study we also observed the sepa- ration of sensory and motor fibers of the vagus nerve roots in the upper part of the medulla.
摘要:作者在1977年曾提出经络实质的二重反射假说。认为针刺效应一方面通过相应的中枢机制,可称之为长反射;另一面有可能通过外周神经末梢间的某种联系进行信息传递。一根神经的传入冲动通过侧支传出,可称之为局部短反射。这种传出冲动为能通过某种机制兴奋另一根传入神经。便可出现With regard to the nature of chennels,the authors presented the hypothesis of dual reflex in 1977.This meant that acupuncture can invoke some effects not only through CNS(long reflex),but through the connection of peripheral nerve terminals to transmit messages(short reflex).In this experiment,30 rats were anesthetized by urethane.The superficial peroneal nerve(SPN) and the deep peroneal nerve(DPN)were found out and cut off in order to break off their connection to CNS.The sympathetic nerve which supplies to the inferior limb was found out also.The results showed that:1.With elec- trical stimulation of SPN,the action potential(AP)on the DPN was recorded at the same time.AP was induced only in a few cases(7.14%),and with electrical stimulation of DPN,AP on SPN was none.2.With electroacu- puncture was reapplied to Zusanli aeupoint,DPN and SPN were induced,AP was recorded on DPN in 77.42% cases and on SPN in 67.74% cases respecti- vely.3.After electroacupuncture was reapplied for 30 min,we stimulated SPN with electricity.On DPN AP was recorded in 44.44% cases,while SPN was stimulated.On SPN AP was recorded in 39.29% cases(P<0.005).4.After cut off the sympathetic nerve and stimulating SPN,AP was recorded in 51.72% cases on DPN While stimulating DPN AP was recorded in 72.41% cases(P< 0.005).5.Stimulating the sympathetic nerve at the same time with stimulation of SPN,AP was induced in 25.92% cases on SPN.It suggests that impulses be transmitted between nerve terminals under certain condition and that sympathetic nerve inhibit this transmition.This might be the esseece of propagated sensation along the channels.

摘要:我们以往的工作证明电针“足三里”穴的信息在中枢神经内是循躯体感觉通路而传递的;恶心、呕吐反射的传入冲动主要由迷走神经的传入纤维传至延髓的孤束核下段—连合核,然后上行至脑桥上部的结合臂旁核。电针“足三里”穴可以在连合核和The experiments were performed by 3H-2-deoxyglucose autoradiography to investigate the effects of naloxone on the trasmission of acupuncture messages involved in the inhibitory action upon the visceral traction reactions by pulling stomach.In 8 rats,after the naloxone(125μg/0.2mL,iv)was administrated, The results showed:(1) The optical density of the left dorsal horn of lower lumbar spinal cord distinctly increased due to acupuncture at ipsilateral “Zusanli”acupoint(n=8).(2)When the raise of the optical density of ipsilateral nucleus gracilis as a result of acupuncture was depressed by nalo- xone(n=5),the optical density of commissural nucleus was elevated by pulling stomach.(3)On the contrary,when the raise of the optical density of nucleus gracilis was not depressed(n=3),the optical density of the later nucleus was not elevated by pulling stomach.(4)The naloxone also depressed the raise of the optical density of contralateral posterolateral ventral nucleus of thalamus induced by acupuncture at“Zusanli”acupoint(n=8)and the raise of the optical density of parabrachial nucleus induced by pulling stomach (n=7). It suggested:(1)The transmission of acupuncture messages from“Zusanli” acupoint to dorsal horn was not influenced,but it from dorsal horn to nucleus gracilis gracilis was blocked by naloxone.It means that the messages of acupuncture at“Zusanli”acupoint via non-enkephanergic primay sensory neurons transmit to dorsal horn of spinal cord.Then,they go up to the nucleus graciliso,In this transmitting process,the enkephaline seem to be main participant.(2)The contrary changes of the optical density between commi- sural nucleus and nucleus gracilis illustrated that the acupuncture messages which transmit from dorsal horn to nucleus gracilis might play an important role in the inhibitory effect of acupuncture on the visceral traction reactions. (3)The enkephaline might also participate in the transmission of acupuncture messages from nucleus gracilis to contralateral posterolateral ventral nucleus of thalamus,and in the transmission of the inflow of the visceral traction reactions induced by pulling stomach from commisural nucleus to parabrachial nucleus.
摘要:本实验室以往研究表明,下丘脑弓状核参与各种镇痛)并认为可能与胞体密集于下丘脑弓状核内的β-内啡肽(β-EP)能神经元活动有关。本实验对新生大鼠腹腔注射谷氨酸钠(Monosodium Glu-tamate,MSG)破坏弓状核神经元,并采用免疫细胞化学技术对β-EP 细胞进行By lesioning the neurons in hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (HAN) With monosodium glutamate (MSG) administration to neonatal male rats and using immunocytochemical technique to count the β-endorphin(β-EP)-containing neurons in the arcuate nucleus,the relationship of β-EP-containing neurons in the arcuate nucleus with acupuncture analgesia was studied.The expe- riments were performed on MSG-treated adult rats.It is found that when electroacupuncture was performed on“Renzhong”and“Chengjiang”acupoints for 30 min,the analgesic effect of acupuncture in the MSG-treated group was significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.01).In the meantime,the β-EP-immunor(?)active neurons in HAN in MSG-treated group reduced by 59.3%.The results suggest that relationship might exist between the acupuncture analgesia and β-EP-containing neurons in the rat HAN.
