摘要:自从1973年开始我们应用头部腧穴治疗中风偏瘫,收得了满意的效果,并初步证明百会透双侧曲鬓及前顶透悬颅对中风偏瘫的治疗无明显的特异性。为了进一步研究头部腧穴治疗偏瘫的机理以及头部其它腧穴间是否存在有特异性,本文观察了针刺双侧通天穴和前神聪透悬厘穴后对甲皱微循环的影响,现将结果报告如下:临床资料病例选择:选用在观察期间入院的60例脑血栓形成病人。其中男性50例,女性10例,This paper deals with the effect on the nail microcirculation of the hemi-

ivenesss and the long-term effectiveness,the result is that the effect on the
nail microcirculation showed no remarkable difference among all acupuncture
groups(P>0.05).
摘要:乙酰胆碱(Ach)是一种具有神经生理活性的物质。众所周知,Ach 是许多外周神经的神经递质。关于 Ach 及其合成和分解的酶的代谢,受到众多的关注。它们的改变与神经系统的多种疾病有关(如神经——肌肉疾病、癫痫、脑外伤及脑炎等)。据报道,肌强直病人的肌组织中 Ach 的含量增高(正常肌肉中含量很少),同时胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性比正常人低;癫痫发作时,脑脊液和血液中都能见有 Ach 的含量增多。曾有人发现癫痫患者脑 Ach 较正常人增加250%,而ChE 增加35%。小儿麻痹后遗症是因神经因素引起的肌肉萎缩疾病,其体内胆碱能系统活动情况如何呢?为此我们对针刺治疗小儿麻痹后遗症病人血中胆碱酯酶的活力变化进进了观察,结果如下。
摘要:我们以往实验证明了:在针刺镇痛过程中,中枢神经系统某些重要核团都积极参与活动。本实验在我们原有工作的基础上企图观察肾上腺在针刺中的作用,切除双侧肾上腺,进一步观察下丘脑、肾上腺系统在针刺镇痛调整作用中的意义。材料和方法本实验选用体重300克左右的健康、成年、雌性大白鼠48只,随机分为三组,动物进行捆绑,然后用50℃热水烫尾部4厘米长,以举尾反应时间(秒)为疼痛阈值,测痛后松绑,第一组动物为电针去肾上腺组,Fourty-eight healthy,adult,male rats were selected and divided at rondom

After measuring the pain threshold,the brains were taken out immediatly for
histochemical observation of 5′-Nucleatidase reaction. The optiet Extinction(OE)of the histochemical components of 5′-Nucleatidase
(5Nase)of nucleus supraopticus in three groups were determined with a micro-
electrophotometer and treated statistically.
The results indicate that the enzymatic activity of 5′Nucleatidase of ele-
ctroacupucture and electroacupucture-adrenalectomy in the-nucleus supraopticus
was significantly increased than that of the control.But there are no signifi-
cantl difference between that of electroacupuctrue groups with or without adre-
nalectomy.
摘要:文献报道“医风”穴有良好的针麻效应,可单用此穴针麻施行阑尾切除术,我们过去在进行电针家兔夹脊穴观察针麻效应的工作中,偶将针灸针试刺“医风”穴,发现动物进入类似睡眠的状态,并出现鼾声和流涎现象,引起我们对该穴位的极大兴趣,考虑到此部位离脑中枢极近,解剖结构复杂,有许多神经行经该穴位区,是否电针此部位会引起脑中枢的某种效应有待探索,鉴于尚未见到“医风”穴与血压变化关系的文献报道,故我们选择较敏感的血压Experiments were performed in adult rabbits anesthesized with urethane

Given electro-acupuncture stimulation at bilateral“Yifeng”points,the
animals' blood pressures showed obvious responses.The patterns of blood
pressure responses can be divided into three groups:the bi-phasic type with
first declining followed by ascending of blood pressure,the simple declining
type and the simple ascending type.Bi-phasic type accounted for 80 percent
or so.The blood pressure effects of electro-acupuncture at bilateral“Yifeng
points were not influenced by section of bilateral cervical vagus nerves,the
effect of electro-stimulating the central end of cut cervial vagus nerve directly
was quite similar to that of stimulating the”Yifeng“points.
The results showed that the blood pressure responses of electro-acupuncture
at”Yifeng“poihts were not resulted from the muscle tonus or the peripheral
effect of vagus nerve;and it might be that the spreading of electric current
perhaps influences some nerve near by,especially the vagus,and then the
inflows travelling via vagus to the brain resulted in a central effect.A po-
ssible mechanism of this central effect is dissussed in this paper briefly.

observating effects of acupuncture“Renzhong”on gastric motility in dogs.And
its relation to gastrin peptide.The results show that acupuncture“Renzhoug”
produced inhibition of gastric motor activity.During the acupuncture,gastrin
in plasma decreases signicantly with simutaneous decreses in the contractile
activity.The amount of immunofluorescent G cell and the immunofluorcsent
intensity of antrum were both increased in dogs under the acupuncture.This
result may be relatcd to the increased storage and decreased release of gastrin
in G cell during the acupuncture.

uterus in the rat have been studied by using of HRP (horseradish peroxidase).
The HRP was applied to the acupoint BL-32 or injected to the intramuscular
layer of the uterus.The results are as follows:1).There are 9 segments
overlapped from L.2 to S.4 between the acupoint BL-32 and uterus.Both have
a lot of labelled cells in S.2 and S.3 segments.2).We also discovered that
the primary afferent fibers of the rat may mainly enter the lumbar spinal
cord along the hypogastric nerve,the second is along the pelvic splanchnic
nerve.3).There are three kind of cells:large(35-50μ),median(25-34μ)and
small types (-24μ) discoverecd.But the most are median and small types
(about 90% in whole).
The mechanism of the referred pain and acupuncture anaesthesia,and the
role of the different kind of primary afferennt fibers of the spinal nerve in
the acupuncture treatment were also discussed.

摘要:针灸科学是祖国医学宝贵财富之一,近三十年来,随着针刺麻醉的发展,越来越受到全世界人民的重视,并在世界医学科学中占有重要地位。但是,针灸科学就其作用机理问题,尽管国内外学者都做了大量的工作,仍然在百家争鸣阶段,不能获得一致公认的见解。到底经络实质是什么?针刺麻醉和针灸治疗疾病的作用机理是什么?这仍是医学界一项很有兴趣的且尚未解决的课题。一、目前学术界公认的几个学说The study of the basis of tne relationship between the acupoint and viscera
using the HRP method has been reviewed in this paper.
1)The overlarped segments between acupoint and viscera may be the mor-
phological basis of the referred pain and the mechanism of acupuncture anae-
sthesia.
2)The fine fibers are sent by small labelled cells in the dorsal root nerve
ganglia with analgesic effect.
3)Most of the authors found the arrangement of the innervation of the
acupoint area and viscera is wider than that of the common anatonical textbooks.
