- 摘要：In the past long-term process of development of acupuncrology, there is a very long period of needling meridian therapy before needling acupoint therapy. Through systematic investigation on the ancient documents, it is easily found that quite a lot of acupoints with which we are familiar nowadays are derived from many sites for puncturing meridians in quite a long time ago. Due to that the first classical acupoint works Ming Tang Meridians is a systematic summary of the acupoint documents published by various schools in different periods before Han Dynasty, acupoints recorded in this book still present some characters of different ages, some of them still retain some traces of meridians, showing the character of unfinished transitional period from meridians to acupoints. Because not knowing the process of acupoints developed from meridians and the acupoint concepts derived from different sources, the later ages' and even modern medical workers don' t understand some words about certain acupoints appeared in ancient documents, exhibiting big divergence in locating some acupoints805|0|0更新时间：2023-08-11

- 摘要：Focal cerebral ischemia model by blocking mice's middle cerebral artery was selected in this re search, and focal cerebral blood flow (rCBF), cerebral fluid content, SOD and MDA were made as in dexes. Then the influences of electric acupuncture on every ischemia region were observed as follows: atter blocking mice's middle cerebral artery for 6o minutes, in ischemia region rCBF dropped marked ly, cerebral fluid content went up markedly, the activity of SOD dropped markedly and MAD content rose markedly; after electric acupuncture for 1O minutes, in ischemia region, rCBF rose significantly, cerebral fluid content dropped markedly, the activity of SOD went up markedly and MAD content dropped markedly. - 摘要：58 cases of facial spasm were treated by electroacupuncture, cases treated by He-Ne laser com bined with acupuncture and those by simple acupuncture were also observed as control group. Results showed that the total effect in electroacupunture group was 96. 55 %, in laser combining acupuncture group was 79. 31 %, in simple acupuncture group was 54. 84 %. Statistical analysis indicated, P < 0.01, showing a significant difference. - 摘要：Of all cases of intractable hiccup, 30 cases were treated by nose acupuncture, and 30 cases treated by body acupuncture were used as control group. Results showed that the effect of nose acupuncture was better than that of body acupuncture, and the treating course in nose acupuncture was also shorter than that of body acupuncture group, particular1y the number of cases which were cured by one treat ment (P <0. 05). In nose acupuncture group, chest point was chosen, the point has the function of ventilating the lung and regulating the stomach function, relieving stuffiness of the chest and regulat ing Qi of chest, lowing down the upward adverse flow of Qi and stopping hiccup. Comparing with body acupuncture, the author thinks that nose acupuncture has the advantage of less points to be used, easier to manipulate, more acceptable by patients, and more effective. - 摘要：Chiefly depending on tuina spleen and stomach Shu point, we treated 50 cases of infantile apositia by combining with tuina Mu point and other points, assisting with taking Chinese material medicine o rally. Our treatment rule was "dispersing food and trans form stagnation, invigorating the spleen and promoting Qi". Clinical curative effect showed 38 cases cured after 24 weeks, 10 cases were healed after 44 weeks, 10 cases were healed after 46 weeks, 2 cases improved after 46 weeks, 2 cases improved after 46 weeks, total curative effect rate was 100%. - 摘要：28 cases of herpes zoster treated with local surrounding acupuncture were reported. The study showed of all cases, 81. 1% were cured, 17. 9 were improved, the total effective rate was 100%. In control group, however, of 10 cases, 40% were cured, 40% were improved, the total effective rate was 80%. The results indicated that local surrounding acupuncture have the function of regulating the circulation of Qi and blood of the affected region, anti-inflammation and stopping pain. - 摘要：227 cases of prostatisis were treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs according to their symptoms and signs of TCM and a satisfactory result had been obtained. Of all cases, 48 % were cured, 42. 7 were significantly improved, 9. 2 % were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.7%. - 摘要：54 cases of enuresis were classified into two groups randomly. In one group of 30 cases, the pa tients were treated by acupuncture at Guanyuan, Shenshu, Sanyinjiao, Zhongji, Pangguangshu of Ren and urinary meridian to enforce the controlling function of kidney and urinary bladder, the total effec tive rate was 96.67 %.
