Electroacupuncture Improves Glycolysis in Alzheimer’s Disease Model Mice via Regulation of the HIF-1α/PFKFB3 Signaling Pathway
“The latest research has found that electroacupuncture intervention can significantly improve cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease model mice, possibly by inhibiting the hippocampal HIF-1 α/PFKFB3 pathway, reducing the activity of key glycolytic enzymes, and abnormal accumulation of lactate.”
