摘要:In the present paper,an outline of experimental studies on the factors effecting elec-troacupuncture analgesia is reviewed.Most of the results indicate that electroacuncture stimulation atdifferent intensities,frequencies,acupoints and hours produces different analgesic effects;elec-troacupuncture at different parameters induces different analgesia by different neurophydiologic andneurobiochemical mechanism.
摘要:Observation was made on the effect of different acupuncture manipulation on plasma estradiol(E2),testoserone(T),E2/T and cortisol(C)in 78 patients with kidney dificiency.The resultsshowed that the level of E2 and T in women was lowered by both reinforcing manipuhtion(RFM)and reducing manipulation(RDM).E2/T index was lowered by RDM but not by RFM,and therewas significance(P<0.05)between the RDM group and RDM group in E2/T,but no significancebetween the man's groups.The level of C was decreased by RDM but not by RFM.The results sug-gest that the different manipuldation effects are different on the level of sex hormones in women andthe C content in patients with kidney dificiency.
摘要:1.The HRP labeled method was used to study the segmental distribution of sympathetic afferentneurons of the heart.10%-20% HRP 150ul solution was injected around the left coronary artery of18 cats.The HRP labeled cells were observed in the C_8-T_(10)spinal ganglions,therefore the segmentaldistribution of sympathetic afferent neurons of the heart were in C_8-T_(10)spinal cord.2.The segmental distribution of cardiac nerve's afferent neurons was studied,30% HRP 15μlwas injected into the cardiac nerve of 18 cats.The HRP labeled cells were observed in the C_8-T_9 spinalganglions.3.CB-HRP 10μl was injected into the medium and inferior cardiac nerves.The cardiac nerve'sfibers project into T_(1-5)spinal cord,the HRP labeled fibers were observed in Ⅲ-Ⅶ lamina of spinalcord,and there were connections with Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ laminas.4.The segmental distribution of sympathetic afferent neurons of heart and cardiac nerve,projec-tion of the cardiac nerve the Ⅲ-Ⅶ laminae of spinal cord and the connection of fibers in the Ⅲ-Ⅶlaminae were the morphologic foundations of referred pain and the heart disease.(tachycordia,anginaetc.)treated with acupuncture.
摘要:Intracellular potentials(ICP)of the neurons in PO evoked by stimulating greater splanchnicnerve(GSN)were recorded in 42 cats.The resting potentials and action potentials induced by stimu-lating GSN were 53.74±11.68 mV and 29.44±9.22 mV respectively.Owing to intensity of thestimulation we can record EPSP and single spike or polyspikes on it.The action potentials derivedfrom stimulating GSN(related action potentials)were inhibited by injection of morphine intravenous-ly.On the basis of recording ICP,we also labeled 2 related neurons with stimulation of GSN and 2unrelated ones.Differences between two kinds of the neurons were compared preliminarily.The ICPof the related neuron with stimulating GSN were inhibited by stimulating Amygdala too.Factors influencing amplitute of action potential in intracelluar recording,criteria of determiningnociceptive neuron and inhibition derived from stimulating Amygdala were also discussed.

摘要:In the present paper,influence of electroacupuncture(EA)on electrical activity of neurons ofdorsal horns of T(?)-T_3 spinal segments was analysed in chloralose-urethane anesthetized rahbits.Re-sults were:1).after EA of“Neiguan”(PC 6),of the 31 dorsal horn neurons,11 increased signifi-cantly in their firing rate,4 decreased obviously and other 16 had no marked change;2).after EA of“Zusanli”(ST 36),of the 28 neurons,only 2 increased significantly in firing rate,14 dereased andother 12 had no clear change;3).of the 6 neurons which all responded to EA of“Neiguan”(PC 6)and“gusanli”(ST 36),5 were excited by“Neiguan”(PC 6)and suppressed by“Zusanli(ST 36);the other one was inhibited by both;4).the receptive field on the body surface and physiologicaltypes of 18 neurons were also examined.The results indicate that information from EA of“Neiguan”and“Zusanli”can converge to the neurons of dorsal horns of T_2-T_3 spinal cord,and different acu-points have a relative specificity.

摘要:The experipments were performed in anaesthetized rats.The responses of convergent neurons inspinal dorsal horn to noxious stimuli(10mA,2ms)given at the hindpaw receptive field were recordedextracellularly by glass microelectrodes.The effeets of EA on the nociceptive response were observed.EA was applied on ipsilateral“Zusanli”or“Xiaguan”point with high and low intensity.EA(18V,100Hz)applied on ipsilateral either“Zusanli”or“Xiaguan”could produce strong inhi-bition on nociceptive responses of convergent neurones(62.74±4.94% and 64.24±7.30%).EA(2V,100Hz)of“Zusanli”also obviously inhibited the noeiceptive responses(52.05±6.69%).Butthe same EA of“Xiaguan”lacked this inhibitory effect(9.50±7.67%).There was statistically sig-nificant difference between EA effects of“Zusanli”and“Xiaguan”(P<0.001)when intensity of EAis lower.These results guggested that analgesia of high intensity EA is extensive,but that of low intensityEA is produced only when the point is in the same or nearby spinal segment with nociceptive field,showing the extensiveness and specificity of EA analgesia of different points.
摘要:A method of an incomplete ischemia of the lateral wall of the left ventricle pro-duced by pulling the ventricular branch of the left coronary artery of rabbits was employed in thisstudy and the dispersion of the effective refractoriness used as an index.It was noted that the effectiverefractory periods at the different sites in AMI region were mainly shortened and the dispersion of re-fractoriness increased obviously.Nevertheless,EA at Neiguan acupoint could inhibit reduction of theeffective refractory of ischemic myocardium and improve the disperion of refractoriness markedly,which would be beneficial to synchronization of the myocardial excitatory state.It suggests that EAhave some effect of anti—arrhythmia.
摘要:The model of local application of 1.5% Capsaicin(Cap)on the right sciatic nerve and control ofVehicle(Veh)on the left were used.The influence of Cap on pain threshold,electroacupuncture(EA)analgesia and Floride-resistant acid phosphatase(FRAP)activity in the dorsal horn of spinalcord were observed.The results showed,the pain threshold of Cap treatment side rose significantlycompared with the control side,FRAP in dorsal horn of spinal cord vanished,and the analgesic effectof EA at“Huantiao”of the Cap treatment side markedly decreased,compared with not only that EAat the control side but also that EA before Cap treatment.It is indicated that the C fibers of the pri-mary afferent participate in the input of pain and EA analgesic information.

摘要:The experiment were performed on model rabbits injected with large dosage of Dexamethasone(DXM)for 5 days.Reinforcing manipulation(RIM),reducing manipulation(RDM),and electricstimulation(ES)were respectively used to puncture Zusanli(ST 36)points for 5 days to observe thechange on temperature,body weight,corticosterone assay,testosterone assay,and the amplitute ofthe plethysmogram.The result showed that there was a similar syndrome of the kidney deficiency after injectingDXM.The body weight was increased in the DXM control group,decreased in the RDM group andhad no significant influence in the other groups.The body weights between the reinforcing manipula-tion and the reducing manipulation groups had obvious difference.But the other indices of observationhad no significant influence among the different groups.So there wasn't significant diference on mostof observed signs among the RIM group,the RDM group and ES group.The study of acupuncturemanipulation will have yet to be further done.
摘要:Aim of investigation:Our previous work indicated that acupuncture and moxibustion(heatingacupoints with a special lamp)could produce inhibitory effects on the tail flick reflex and the nocicep-tire response of dorsal horn neurons.In the present study the role of somatostatin(SS)and substanceP(SP)in acupuncture and moxibustion-induced postsynaptic inhibition was further investigated.Methods:The experiments were performed on male adult Wistar rats.The antidromic action po-tential(AAP)induced by cervical cord stimulation was extracellularly recorded at lumbar cord(L_(3-4)).The latency of AAP was used to represent the excitability of postsynaptic projecting neurons.The effects of acupuncture(0.5 ms,3.3 Hz,2 mA)for five minutes or moxibustion(the tempera-ture up to 45-46℃)for six minutes at Huantiao points on the latency of AAP were observed.Andthen the effects of topical administration of SS or SP antiserum on either acupuncture or moxibustion-induced postsynaptie inhibition were observed.Results:The latency of AAP was markedly prolonged by acupuncture and moxibustion.Themaximal prolongation was 0.196±0.071 ms(n=12,P<0.02)and 0.176±0.062 ms(n=11,P<0.02)respectively.After topical administration of SS antiserum.(1:40,10μl),the latency of AAPwas slightly prolonged by either acupuncture or moxibustion.The maximal prolongation(0.041±0.029 ms and 0.016±0.020 ms)was significantly reduced by SS antiserum(P<0.05).While pre-treated with SP antiserum,the latency was still prolonged by moxibustion(0.142±0.067 ms),butnot by acupuncture(-0.003±0.046 ms).Conclusion:It is referred that postsynaptic inhibition may be involved in both acupuncture anal-gesia and moxibustion analgesia.The former is predominantly mediated by SP and partially by SS,while the latter mainly by SS but not by SP.
摘要:Radiant heat exposure on Ciliao point was taken as radiant heat moxibustion(RHM).Whentemperature of surface of point was modulated within the range of 38-39 C and 43-44 C,the latencyof tail flick threshold(LTH)in rats was increased by 17.8±2.1% and 22.2±2.5% after 5 min.and by 16.1+2.9%,22.1±3.4% and 21.9±3.2%(50—52℃)after 10 min.respectively.LTHwas increased by 19.8±3.1% after 10 min.with needing plus moxibustion.The change of latencyafter RHM in every group and needing with moxibustion group had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no difference of analgesic effect among all groups(P>0.05).The analgesic effect ofRHM on Ciliao point was more powerfull than Zusanli and Zhiyang(P<0.05).

摘要:Our previous works have proved that moxibustion at“ShenJue”plays a role in protecting gastricmucosa in the experimental gastric ulcer model rat.The present studies are designed to determinewhether the mechanisms of moxibustion protecting gastric mucosa are mediated by mucus.The re-suits are as follows:Either before or aiter the experimental gastric ulcer model had formed,moxibus-tion treatment would markedly increase the ratio of PAS positive staining layer to total length of gas-tric gland(p<0.05),and the combined gastric mucus of stomach(P<0.05).These results are neg-tively correlated to gastri ulcer area and suggest that the mechanisms of moxibustion protection on gas-tric mucosa are mediated by mucus in the experimental gastric ulcer model rat.
