摘要:Nucleus Raphe Magnus(NRM)is a complex cell group.5-HT,SP and ENK neurons in theNRM were identified by immunocytochemistry method.The afferent fibers containing 5-HT,SP,M-ENK,L-ENK,B-EP and SRIF were observed in NRM,the efferent fibers containing 5-HT,SP,ENK and TRH from NRM to spinal cord were studied.Two neurotransmitters(such as5-HT with SP,ENK or TRH)were found in same neuron,fiber or vesicle.The neurons andaxo-dendritic synapses of the NRM were analysed during Electroacupuncture(EA).The NRM in-creased their synapitc releases and the neurons were in active functional state during EA“gusnanli”.Studies show that NRM is one of important positions in EA analgesia.
摘要:The author treated 50 cases of hemiplegia with acupunture of needling points of the head.The results showed that 7 cases were basically cured,12 cases markedly effective,31 cases im-proved.The total effective rate was 100%.
摘要:Effect of acupuncture on the T-lymphocyte and its subsets from the peripheral blood of pa-tients with malignant neoplasm has been researched in this study.51 patients were devided intotwo groups:one in acupuncture treatment and the other without any treatment.48 healthy adultswere also studied as normal control group.The results showed that the percentages of OKT_3+,OKT_4+,OKT_4+,OKT_8+,OKT_8+ cells in the peripheral blood of the 51 patients were lower than those of the nor-mal adults respectively.After the acupuncture treatment,the percentages of OKT_3+ cells in the peripheral blood of the 51 patients were lower than those of the nor-mal adults respectively.After the acupuncture treatment,the percentages of OKT_3+,OKT_4+,OKT_4+,OKT_8+,OKT_8+ cells were obviously higher than those before acupuncture;the control group of patientsshowed no significant variation.This result revealed that acupuncture seemed to have more affecton OKT_4+ cells were obviously higher than those before acupuncture;the control group of patientsshowed no significant variation.This result revealed that acupuncture seemed to have more affecton OKT_4+ cells than on OKT_8+ cells than on OKT_8+ cells.From our study we believe that acupuncture can be used asone of the many treatments for patients with cancer.
摘要:The present study was performed on 22 cats to explore whether r-aminobutyric acid(GABA),endogenous opioid peptide and substance P(SP)were involved in the regulation ofpresynaptic inhibition in acupuncture analgesia.The size of the antidromic compound C action po-tentials of the sural nerve evoked by the testing stimulation in spinal cord was measured as an in-dicator of C-afferent terminal excitability.It was found that electro-acupuncture(EA)at“Huan-tiao”(GB30)and“Yang lingquan”(GB34)points induced significant enlargement of the an-tidromic C-waves,showing the depolarization of prsynaptic terminals of primary C-afferents wasenhanced.The depolarization effect of EA was significantly reduced by bicuculline,naloxone andthe antiserum of SP locally applied to the surface of spinal cord respectively.It is supposed thatGABA,endogenous opioid peptide and SP may be involved in the regulation of presynaptic inhibi-tion in acupuncture analgesia.

摘要:The present study was undertaken to verify further the participation of motor cortex(MCtx)in the somatosensory area Ⅱ(SII)emanating descending modulation of thalamic intralam-inar nuclei(ILN).Neuronal responses in ILN to noxious stimulation of the superficial peroneal nerve were ex-tracellularly recorded in 34 cats.The effects of electrical stimulating SII on nociceptive responsesof neurons in ILN before and after lesion of MCtx were observed and compared.It was shown that electrical stimulation of SII obviously inhibited the nociceptive responsesin the majority of neurons recorded(11/13)in ILN in the cats with MCtx intact(P<0.05).Afterlesion of MCtx the inhibitory effect still remained(n=10,P<0.05),but weakened to a certainextent compared with that before lesion.In the animals with the lesion involving MCtx and theunderlying subcortical structures electrical stimulating SII facilitated the nociceptive responses ofILN neurons(n=7,P<0.05).The results further support the idea that SII emanating descending modulation on ILN is inpart fulfiled via MCtx.
摘要:The experiments were carried out on 36 normal subjects.Pain stimulation points are atNeiguan or Hegu and pain stumulation nonpoints are nearby Neiguan or Hegu.The Record loca-tions are at vertex and cervical vertebrae.The feature of evoked cerbrebral potential(ECP)and spinal cord ovoked potential(ESP)bypain stimulation the points or non-points were studied.The results have been obtained.1.Pain stimulation point ECP generally consists of wave P1、N1、P2、N2、P3、N3、P4 and N4.There is a certain amplitude and latency of each wave.2.The elements of pain stimulation non-point ECP are Similar to point ECP in the feature.Camparing Pain stimulation Point ECP with non-point ECP,the amplitude of wave P3-N3 ofstimulation point ECP increases(P<0.05)3.Pain stimulation Point ESP and non-point ESP consist of wave P1、N1 and P2、N3.Cam-paring Pain stmulation point with non-point there are no.significant changes in the amplitude andthe latency of ESP.
摘要:Our previous work have demonstrated that the stimulation of somatosensory area Ⅱ(Sm Ⅱ)of cerebral cortex or N.accumbens(NAc)could activate nucleus raphe magnus(NRM),produc-ing analgesia.The aim of this work is to study whether the effect of activation of Sm Ⅱ on neu-rons in NRM is related to NAc.The spontaneous discharges of NRM neurons and their nociceptive responses induced bystimulation of tail tip were recorded extracellularly with glass microelectrode.The effects ofstimulation of Sm Ⅱ on the NRM neurons were observed before and after lesion of NAc.Before lesion of NAc,the stimulation of Sm Ⅱ could activate NRM neurons,obviously in-creasing the firing rates in 0~10 minutes after stimulation(P<0.05~0.01),and their nocicep-tive responses were decreased in 0-10 and 20 minutes(P<0.01~0.001).After lesion of NAc,the firing rates having no clear change,and their nociceptive responses were even slightly en-hanced.It is suggested that the effect of activation of Sm Ⅱ on NRM neurons may need the relayvia the NAc.
摘要:31 adult rats were divided into 4 groups:1)Electroacupuncture group;2)Capsaicin group(capsaicin was applied one the left sciatic nerve,the night on of the same body was used with ve-hicle as control);3)Capaicin combined with electroacupuncture group;4)Control group.Painthresholds,both basal and after treatment were determined.Successive cryo-sections of DRGwere cut and the neighbouring section of the same group were performed for AChE and FRAP ex-amination.Results:Little disparity in basal pain threshold was found among the four groups.The painthreshold became obviously higher after electroacupuncture,but only slightly higher after cap-saicin treatment combined with electroacupuncture.In the electroacupuncture group,the numberof DRG-B-type cell containing strong positive FRAP and AChE was obviously more than in thecontrol group.In the capsaicin group,the number of DRG-B-type cell with FRAP and AChE ac-tivity was obviously reduced as compared with the untreated side of the same body.In the cap-saicin and electroacupuncture group FRAP and AChE-activities in the DRG-B-type cells wereslightly increased.The results showed that strong activities of FRAP and AChE were found inpart of the DRG cells of normal rats,the two enzymes were found to coexist in the some B-typecells.The effect of electroacupuncture analgesia was depressed after capsaicin treatment,whilethe activities of the two enzymes and the number of positive cells appeared in the ganglion werereduced correspondingly.Nevertheless,under electeoacupuncture analgesia AA the enzymes ac-tiveites and the numvers of positive cells were increased.On account of DRG still contained ACh,it was suggested that FRAP and AChE positive DRG neurons have some relationship with the af-ference of pain and acupuncture sensation.That is to say that cholinergic nerves and their trans-mitter ACh may participate in the transmission of primary sensory messages and capsaicin sensi-tive c-type afferent fibers were an important component participated in AA.
摘要:In order to confirm the idea that the cerebral cortex is involved in acupuncture analgesiathrough descending modulation,the effects of stimulation of SmI and electroacupuncture on noci-ceptive responses of VB neurons were investigated.The experiments were carried out on lightlyanesthetized rats.Single unit activities of VB neurons were extracellularly recorded with glassmicroelectrodes.The results showed that both electrical stimulation of SmI(n=11)and electroacupuncture atleft.“Huantiao”(G30)point(n=11)could inhibit the nociceptive responses of VB neurons andtheir effects were similar.These results suggested that SmI may play a role in acupuncture anal-gesia through corticofugal modulation on VB.
摘要:Occluding unilateral middel cerebral artery(MCAO)of rat,the ischemic volume within cere-brum shown by nitrovlue tetrazolium(N-BT)histochemistory method and effect of acupuncturewere observed dynamically.18 hs after MCAO,the ischemie area began to extend from cerebralcortex into subcortical area.36 hs after MCAO,there was a large ischemic area in cortical andsubcortical area,whose volume occupied 20.7 percent of the whole.Whereas the isehemic area inthe cortex disappeared in the acupuncture group,the ischemic volume reduced to 6.3 percent ofthe whole.The experiment pointed out that the acupuncture is an effective therapeutic procedurefor cerebral infarction.
摘要:Our previous work has shown that opiate-like substance(OLS)is involved in the centralmechanism of acupuncture analgesia(AA)in the arthritic rats.In this paper,the role of OLS inperipheral mechanism of AA is further studied.Twenty four hours after a subcutaneous injectionof Freund's adjuvant into the right ankles,acute arthritis with typical symptoms developed in allthe rats.Following needling at Huantiao points for 10 minutes,the pain threshold(PT)wasraised by 42. 3%(P<0.05)in the inflammed ankles and by 5.6% in the non-inflammed ones.When systemically administered a dose of 250 and 100μg,naloxone(Nx)could completely andpartially(49.6%)block AA respectively.While locally injected a dose of 100μg even 20μg,Nxcould completely antagonize AA.After systemic administration of morphine(10,5.0,2.5,1.25mg/kg),PT rise was dose-related,and PT was raised by 86.5±22.7% in the affected anklesand by 32.9±14.9% in the normal ankles at 5 mg/kg in dose.It is evident that the opiate recep-tors in the imflammed area should by sensitized.These results demonstrate that activation of en-dogenous opiate system may also be involved in the peripheral AA.Acupuncture may enhance therelease of peripheral OLS which can act at the sensitized opiate receptors,leading to more potentanalgesic effect in the inflammed area.
摘要:This paper reports the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)on peripheral microcirculation in 12acute experimental arthritic rats and 6 healthy rats.The results showed that after EA an obviousimprovement in foothack-microcircultation of acute experimental arthritic rats appeared,namely,the disturbance of microcirculation on the area of pathological changes was alleviated.The auric-ular microcirculation was strengthened as well.There were no obvious changes of peripheral mi-crocirculation in healthy rats after EA.That indicates EA has therapeutic effects of promotingblood circulation and reducing extravasated blood,antiphlogosis and detumescencton the area ofpathological changes in acute experimental arthritic rat.

摘要:Experimental animals were 38 cats.10% HRP 50-60μl was injected into“Tai Chong”,“QiMen”points respectively and 10 cats were used for each point.Another 18 cats were injected with10% HRP 100μl into the liver.The segmental distribution of afferent neurons of points and liverwas observed under light microscope.We observed the majority of labeled cells in the spinal gan-glion.The segmental distribution of afferent neurons of“Tai Chong”point was T_(12),L_(1-7)andS_(1-3).The segmental distribution of afferent neurons of“Qi Men”point was T_(5-8).The segmentaldistribution of afferent neurons of liver was T_(3-12)and L(?).The results show that the afferent of“Tai Chong,Qi Men”points and the liver are mutual intersected and overlapped for 2-4 segments.The mutual intersection and overlapping were probably the morphological foundation of treatmentof liver disease by needing“Tai Chong”,“Qi Men”point,at the same time,the results may elu-cidate the underlying mechanism of correlation between aeupoints and viscera,too.

摘要:METHODS:45 rats(150-200g)were divided into 9 groups.The experimental steps as fol-lows:(1)injured left tibial nerve(group 1-8)and sham operation(group 9);(2)three days afteroperation,group 1,3,5 and 7 were stimulated with electro-acupuncture(EA)in Huantiao(+)and Sanyinjiao(-);(3)according to different survival time(group 1,2/10 days,group 3,4/15days,group 5,6/20 days,group 7,8,9/25 days),48h before sacrifice,the left femoral nerve wascut,HRP was injected into the hypodermis of paw pad and gastrocnemius;(4)observe HRP la-belled cells in the lumber sympathetic ganglia,ganglion spinale(L4-6)and cornu ventrale ofspinal cord(L3-S3).RESULTS:EA 7 days,2-5 labeled cells were only found in ganglion spinalesof group 1;EA for 12 days,the more HRP lablled cells were observed in the lumber sympatheticganglions((?)=2.6),ganglion spinales((?)=4.8)and cornu ventrale((?)=6)of group 3 as com-pared with group 4(P<0.05);25 days after operation,the quantity of labeled cells in group 8was close to group 9.CONCLUSION:(1)EA promote the regeneration of three or more kinds offibers in tibial nerve;(2)The regeneration velocity of sensory fibers was faster than sympatheticand somatic efferent fibers.

摘要:Ligating fourty eight rabbits left ventricular branch of cornary artery made model of acutemyocardial infarction(AMI)with indices of ECG and size of AMI.They were dirvided at randominto four groups:“Chutes”acupoint group,cutting musculocutaneous nerve of“Chutse”acupointgroup,cutting musculoutaneous nerve group,control group.Results showed that there is no rolein laser acupuncture at“Chutse”acupoint for redcuing myocardial injury and size of AMI aftercutting musculocutaneous nerve of“Chutse”acupoint.It is illustrated that the musculocutaneousnerve might play an important role in the relationship between“Chutse”acupoint and heart.
摘要:The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of electroacupuncture at“Taixi”point(KI-3)on the renal blood flow(RBF)under the condition of glycerol-induced renal ischemia and thechanges of thromboxane A_2(TXA_2)and prostacyclin(PGI_2)during this course.The RBF,whichis meacured by hydrogen gas clearance method,was choosed as an index.The results are as fol-lows:1 After electroacupuncture at“Taixi”point,the RBF inerased.2 Under the condition of renal ischemia,the TXA_2 increased,and the PGI_2 decreased.3 During the course of electroacupuncture at“Taixi”point,the TXA_2 decreased and the PGI_2increased.These facts suggest that the effect of electroacupuncture at“Taixi”point is related to thePGI_2 and the TXA_2.

摘要:The experimental arrhythmic model was made with Aconitin in rabbits,The Ne-iguan(PC6)point was punctured to observe the influence on recovering time ofarrhythmia.After the curative effect of puncturing Neiguan(P6)was confirmed,Ca(2+)in the Quze(PC3)point of the Pericardium is chelated by EDTA solution toobserve the influence on curative effect of arrhythmia by puncturing Neiguan.Theresult shows that the curative effect doesn't exist after the Ca(2+)in the Quze(PC3)point of the Pericardium is chelated by EDTA solution toobserve the influence on curative effect of arrhythmia by puncturing Neiguan.Theresult shows that the curative effect doesn't exist after the Ca(2+)in Quze is chelated.It is probable that Ca(2+)in Quze is chelated.It is probable that Ca(2+)is one of the most important factors produceing acupunctureeffeet.As a result,Ca(2+)is one of the most important factors produceing acupunctureeffeet.As a result,Ca(2+)probably involves in the activities of channels and collaterals.
